What kind of new restaurant is this? Came in for lunch on a Saturday. First thing noticed was a large table in a separate room had not been cleared from the previous evening. Bathrooms in the same condition, although new, they're not regularly cleaned and wiped down. Garbage cans are also full. Next, the sauce counter is not wiped clean also, with the containers almost empty from the previous day. We were there nearly 2 hours for lunch, and the earlier tables who had already left were kept unclean too. What's up with that? Is this a serious restaurant operation? Btw, the food, considering all the competition nearby, is nothing to write home about. Pricey too!

In addition, the whole 2 hours we were there, it was so quiet. Only saw 2 other tables eating. No more than 9 or 10 customers total. Attention from the servers is also very minimal, with nearly 0% English. With the poor quality of the food and the priceyness, survival of this restaurant is really...

Saw this new restaurant and since I am a lover for anything hotpot related, I had to give it a try, and I was glad I did.

The restaurant is still in their soft opening stage, but the food is amazing!

The beef is super fresh and you can tell it was freshly hand sliced to order. Which is hard to find now days.

The soup base you must try the “Shacha” flavour! It is amazing, very clean tasting and super fresh. As a former chef, I can tell a lot of work and effort went into that soup base, and it is NOT like those soup made from powdered flavouring.

I have been there 3 times in the last month, and the everything has been the same, same great soup and high quality meats. It will for sure be my go to spot when I want some authentic beef hotpot!
