If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been to this location three times. The first time I went, I had ordered my bubble tea and it was about 10 minutes before closing. A man came in with two children, and the employee told him they were closed. I was appalled, but didnāt say anything because it didnāt have anything to do with me, but he left Keep in mind this is about 10 minutes before closing. A month or so later I went again, About 10 minutes before closing, and as soon as I walked into the store, I was told that they were closed. They close at 8 pm. There is an And open light at the entrance, which is on with their hours posted. I had seen the open sign and paid for Parking to go inside to be told that they were closed. I expressed my dissatisfaction and thought I would never go back. Tonight, Thinking I would give it another try,, I enter the store and a woman comes out of the back and tells us that they are closed. I couldnāt believe it. The same man was working that was there the last time and I told him he did this to me before, And I saw him do it to someone else before If you were closed before 8 oāclock, you should be shutting off your open sign and locking the doors . Even after I returned to my parked car and drove away past the store, the open light was still on. It seems like a trend that they stop serving customers before 7:50 PM In my experience. Would never go back here again and not recommend it to anyone. Horrible...

The staff that answer my call simply said there are no parking spaces and you can park at the handicapped lot in the back. It seems that is it not her problem that driver could not find a parking space to pick up order. You have to remember when you work at this store and pick up the phone to answer a call, you represent the company. Your behaviour and action can influence the image of the company you work for. Remember that the safety of the driver is the number priority when your store cooperate with food delivery platform. If you are not able to provide the right environment and force drivers to take unnecessary risks, either illegally park at the handicap space or park in front of the store where the street is clearly no parking at all time, do not open your store for delivery order. Bad: there were 3 staff, everyone seemed cold and indifferent. I literally stood in front of them for 10 sec, and they were just talking to each other without acknowledging my presence??!! I had to ask if they were able to take order or not? No smile, no greeting and thank you, just lack of very basic customer service and manners. It also seemed they didnāt want to talk at all. I think they should be working in the back of house if they donāt like to face customers.
