Drinks taste great and service is fairly fast considering the amount of foot traffic they get. I think some of the drinks run pretty expensive though for what you get.

However, I had a bad experience in regards to an employee at the cash register. I am a single person who came and ordered drinks for my coworkers and I. I ordered 3 drinks in total and the worker did not ask me if I wanted a bag. Once I went to the pickup counter to get my drinks, I obviously asked for a bag since it’s kinda hard to hold 3 drinks with all my other belongings right… The employee then asks to see my reciept to see if I bought a bag. Sorry I thought it was common sense to ask your customers if they want a bag for their multiple drinks WHILE they’re paying not AFTER they get the drinks (💀). I’d advise the employees to ask earlier to avoid...

I had visit the richmond centre location, it was pleasant with the customer service because the girl staff was very patient with me because I couldn't choose what I want because there are so many options, she gave me a lot of suggestion whether if I like this flavour or not. She was very polite and suggest which one is more popular and at last I told her to choose her top 3 favorite and she said she love mango mochi yogurt. Then she ask me about sugar level and ice level. I said to her go for your suggestion and taste and dont need to ask me because I trust you. She really went up and beyond to help me out. This place serving a drinkable yogurt, another healthy alternative choice The place is located inside Richmond center, just right next to Apple Store. They have so many drinks option that you can choose and also you can adjust your own sweetness and ice level For me, My go to is rice yogurt because I love to texture and the chewiness of the rice. The yogurt is quite thick comparing to other yogurt place in town. The staff is friendly and efficient.
