honestly the worst service I've ever experienced at any donaire shop in my life. firstly the older looking worker and his younger co worker were just playing on their phone while i waited in front of them for like 5 minutes. immediately asks me to get mixed meat. and combo. i told him i just wanted a chicken wrap. met with a scowl. he then continued with his co worker on the phone. i stood there and eventually asked him about my wrap. he said "beef right? " ... and combo. corrected him. as he cut a very small amount of meat. and started making a sloppy wrap. didn't ask about any toppings or sauces. he just shoved everything including onions, olives and hot sauce into the wrap. i asked what sauce he put in and said "i already put it in" and when back to his phone with his co worker. after i got my wrap they forgot to charge me. i printed it but i regretted it. wrap was not wrapped properly, no foil. ended up soiling all over my pants. there are so many quality donaire shops in Richmond. this one is by far the worst I've ever been...

Everyone is so friendly! I loved the food, I was helped out by a lady, the service was super fast. I asked for the food to be in a takeout box even though I was going to sit and eat inside. At the end when I was holding my food, one guy who had just come out from the back asked if I wanted a tray, I accepted but that was so so sooo nice to offer! I took the tray ofcourse, paid for the food (the cashier was also very kind and was multitasking like a pro)
