Horrible food quality. Previously came here for an order of fries a little past 3am, they gave me my order from the window and disappeared, I took a look in the bag and grabbed a fry out and it was cold and stale. They had the audacity to serve this to a paying customer and expect them to accept it without saying anything? I honked my horn to get their attention to no avail. I honked a second then a third time, then she came back to the window and asked what’s wrong, I told her the fries are cold and stale. She took the bag back and said to park and she would bring out another one without even checking the condition of the fries, that tells me she knew it and was hoping I wouldn’t complain about it.
This time around I went before 7:30pm, ordered a large fries, received from drive thru and drove 2 blocks away and then opened the bag to reach for a fry and it was once again, not fresh and tasteless. Pulled out the box and to my amazement it was not even half full. I’m guessing it was what was remaining in the fry bin before the next fresh fries were coming out of the fryer. I would have driven back back was going to work so no chance to but I had to write this honest review of this location after my last 2 experiences here. Corporate should really educate their employees at this location and prioritize food quality/taste over giving them leftover/almost best before serving to their customers. This place gets a ZERO stars from me if I could give them that.
Victoria and Kingsway location is miles ahead of them in terms of food quality, customer satisfaction and overall just being pleasant.

Read moreI had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s location. I ordered a McVeggie, but the associate gave me a chicken burger instead. As a vegetarian, this was extremely upsetting. When I brought it to their attention, the associate argued and insisted that I had ordered a McSpicy, refusing to accept their mistake.
When I asked for a refund, the manager a tall, thin Indian lady processed it on a completely different order paid with another customer’s card, meaning I was charged again instead of being refunded. When I returned after checking my transactions, she tried to justify the mistake with irrelevant excuses about Apple Pay and then denied my refund, blaming me for the situation.
To make matters worse, when I insisted on checking the CCTV footage for proof, she threatened to call the cops on me and rudely told me to take my complaint to senior authorities. She even took my number, but when I asked for her name, she refused and made it seem like a threat rather than a genuine customer service resolution.
In the end, I received the original refund, but not the refund for the extra charge due to their mistake. This level of rudeness, lack of accountability, and poor customer service especially from a manager is completely unacceptable.
I urge McDonald’s corporate to take strict action and ensure their staff is trained properly. I hope no other customer has to go through this kind of treatment. Absolutely...

I have been doing coffee and muffin every work morning from McDonalds literally for the last 5 years. 2 things to say. They have never screwed up my coffee which is good. I have it black, how can you screw that up right? Second, this is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced on a consistent basis. Out of all the people the token old white lady seems to hate her job the most. There is maybe one or two people that are pleasant sometimes but in general this place sucks the mood out of my morning every morning. I wish there was a closer McDonalds so I would never have to go back here. I challenge any corporate McDonalds employee to go through this drive through between 7-8am. 4 times in a row now when I pull up to the speaker no one says a word until I start asking "Hello?" into the drive through box.
