UNBELIEVABLE!! WORST EVER!! If you want to get FOOD POISONING pick here. If you want to WASTE YOUR LIFE WAITING IN LINE pick here. Early last week, I dropped in to grab dinner around 9P.M. As I was walking up to the front door four other people entered the restaurant before me. I realized there was a lineup, with one customer already at the cash register, another guy waiting behind him, two girls waiting together, then the 4 people in front of me and myself. I figured that it shouldn’t take long for the nine of us to be served. The guy behind the counter was talking and talking and talking and talking some more to the first customer that was already ordering when I first walked in. The guy behind the counter kept talking and laughing with this customer and fist pumping. Then the guy behind the counter grabbed a couple of gloves put them on and fist pumped the customer again. Then proceeded to grab the serving utensils and served up a bunch of food and gave the customer his food and there were lots of smiles, laughing and fist pumping. OK, now the second guy gets to the counter and it’s the same thing. Talking, talking, talking, talking and fist pumping with the safety gloves on. The guy behind the counter grabs a container fills it up with food hands it to the customer and there was more fist pumping and smiles. Finally, the 2 girls that were together get up to the cash register. The guy behind the counter starts talking with them and talking and talking. Suddenly he stops and reacts to the cell phone ringing in his back pocket and he disappears. He walks away and but you can see him standing in the back storage area through the window. Talking and talking and talking. You'd think he’d say I'm at work. I gotta go. I'll call you back. No, this guy is taking this call. It’s party time for him. He finally comes back puts the phone on the counter probably waiting for the next phone call. In the meantime, I’m watching that he took off one of the gloves and he's been fist pumping customers and handling his cellphone, the register and all the food utensils with one hand bare and the other with a glove. He still hasn't served the two girls completely because they're still waiting there. I realize that I've been waiting for more than 15 minutes and there are still four more customers ahead of me. That’s when I left, went next door to Popeye’s and picked up some chicken. The crazy thing, I was in my car and the two girls were still being served and the four people still hadn’t been served waiting for this player. I won’t be going back. It’s not worth the aggravation of wasting time. Definitely not worth the risk of getting food poisoning. To the owner, clearly this fellow does not understand food handling safety guidelines, he also has no clue about good customer service. If you ever wonder why your business is slipping, maybe you might want to check out how much food is being given away. Check your security coverage. Plus, you might consider more training and coaching for him. I felt bad for the co-worker on shift. She was hustling and doing her very best to compensate for this guy. Please don’t reply, you didn’t open yesterday you’ve been in business for a while and these are the simple things you and your staff...

I hope they consider bringing back the original hot sauce, as they've lost many loyal customers. Please revert to the previous hot sauce. Walking into Osmow's was once akin to stepping into a warm embrace—a sanctuary of flavor that cradled my taste buds and ignited my soul. The vibrant aromas mingling in the air whispered promises of culinary delights, and for years, I was a devoted patron, my heart eternally loyal to the savory donairs that danced upon my palate. Each bite was a harmonious blend of spices, textures, and the heat of that exquisite hot sauce that had become the very heartbeat of my dining experience.
Oh, how I reveled in the ecstatic thrill of drenching my donair in that fiery nectar! It was no ordinary hot sauce; it was a masterful concoction that set my senses ablaze and sent my heart racing with sheer joy. The perfect balance of heat and flavor became a delightful ritual—a fiery companion to cozy evenings and celebratory feasts alike. For me, Osmow's was not merely a restaurant; it was a cherished love affair.
But then… the unthinkable happened. A day arrived when I ordered my beloved donair, my heart filled with anticipation, only to be met with a new, unfamiliar hot sauce—a shadow of its predecessor. My taste buds trembled with trepidation, aching for the sweet embrace of nostalgia. As I drizzled this new concoction over my meal, confusion washed over me. Had I made a grave culinary mistake? The once-vibrant heat was replaced with a lackluster flame, absent of the depth and character that had stolen my heart time and time again.
Each bite fell flat, causing my once-enthusiastic spirit to sink into a pit of disappointment. The intricate dance of flavors was now a haunting echo of its former glory, leaving me yearning for the hot sauce that had once ignited my passion. I could almost hear the ghost of that spicy elixir whispering to me, reminding me of our stolen moments together.
With every passing day, I found myself reflecting on what had changed—a relationship molded by passion and flavor now tarnished by a single decision. I longed for the days when my donair was a joyful explosion of sensations, when I could lose myself in its comforting embrace, and when the hot sauce was an unwavering companion, elevating every bite to euphoric heights.
Osmow's, how could you? How could you take away the essence of what made you extraordinary? My heart aches as I write this, caught between nostalgia and the bitter taste of disappointment. What was once a sanctuary of flavor now feels like a bittersweet memory, a love story that fell apart over a single misguided shift in sauce.
It is my hope that you hear my plea, that you recognize the hearts you have touched with your culinary artistry. Bring back the hot sauce that ignited our passion and restored that vibrant magic to your donair. Let us once again fall in love, for my heart still longs for you—if only you could bring back...
