Awful Client Care for the first time after many years of being Sandro & Maje client (both the reg stores and the Outlet ones)

Bought a bag 2 days ago, double confirmed if it’s brand new and not the display 2-3 times and everytime the SA confirmed that it’s brand new!

Took it home, pulled it out and it was disgustingly dirty and the colour of the suede has been washed off! Called the store, they didn’t bother to answer until a few hours later and finally confirmed to go in for an exchange.

Did go in and had the new one and the display one that they lied to us about side by side and our jaws dropped…the 1st purchase had no dust bag either.

After talking to the management they didn’t even bother to honour any additional discount due to their mistake and blamed it on “being busy” dispute the fact that we were the only clients there at store with 3-4 associates walking around!

Never had such an experience with this brand nor the sister company brand before (at any of the locations)…truly an awful experience! (In the attached photo, the bag on the bottom is the display one that they sold to us, despite the fact that they kept confirming that...

I was excited for Sandro opening—it will give me another reason to visit the otherwise boring McArthurGlen Outlet. Menswear is relegated to the back right corner with a few rails of outerwear, sweaters and knits, woven shirts, very limited suiting, and even more limited footwear. The boutique on six at the flagship Hudson's Bay in downtown Vancouver has a much better selection.

Their womenswear offering is far more robust, occupying three-quarters of the sales floor. Lots of knitwear, outerwear and dresses; I saw a pale ecru shearling jacket that, if there was a large enough size, I would definitely consider as it looked unisex enough.
