If there is a zero star I would give a zero. This store constantly is in shortage of staffs for their traffic. Iāve ordered drinks from other Starbucks and the drinks just taste better somewhere else as this store does not make their drinks properly. For example, London fog latte is supposed to be steeped for five mins then add ice in it. They failed to do it so there is not much taste to it. When I got my drink the top is cold but the bottom is hot. This means they donāt have that extra two seconds to stir it before handing out to the customer.
On Sept 1st, my drink was supposed to be ready at 8:19, but I didnāt get it until 8:32. Note that this is a constant problem on daily basis that they canāt achieve drinks in time. When I walked in the store there were total of 17 customers all waiting for their drinks. Couple of them couldnāt wait any longer so they got a refund.
Iām wondering, if you canāt handle the drink order when the store is swamped, why not turn off the mobile pick up function on the app so we donāt need to waste our time waiting? Ppl need to work in the morning, and to be honest, if you canāt handle the volume, hire...

However today I Ordered my ordinary largest size of my ice green tea strict up : (Green Tea only no extra water no ice no sweet) after my order I go to the other side wait for my pickup. Well Maybe today have alots of Phone order and some walk-in order like me. I always go with my patience to waiting for my favorite drink. Finally stop calling my name. I go right the way and say thank you. When I pick up for my drinks I look at it. I ordered the largest size of tea. It turned into the smallest cups then I double chat with my apps receipt show charge right of my largest older payment. And I look at that the sticker on my cup Show it (Tr. Green tea) and I ask what's going on? staff very efficient change the size for me. We find the seat to enjoy our drinks and chat. I go and order my refill same. This time size confirm excellent.
