Came back to buy breakfast. Anji (donāt mind the spelling) doesnāt seem she likes to work here. I can name a few: while ordering, she gave us the feeling of us being rushed! Next, she told us she would charge for butter because as per her words, āwe donāt give out butterā and she would only give two per order! What in the world?! This is my first time experiencing this! So, no, Iām probably not coming back! Every visit, I would usually order $30-$100 worth! And you canāt supply me butter?! Iād probably go have my breakfast somewhere else. Ps. I love butter on muffins and I ordered muffins as per usual!
Cozy but clean! Itās in a nice location filled with parking spots including people with disability. One thing I noticed is there are only two spot for people with disabilities. I would suggest to have at least 4? But what do I know?? Anyhoo, customer service is awesome! They did not make a mistake with my order! And have been very chill while taking to me and my family. Filipinos and their class A service! Love it! Please keep the area clean and the service. Iād go back here rather than the Bridgeport location.
One thing for management. Please! If you can, when there are any work done to aesthetics in the cafe, have it done at night or when there are least or 0 amount of customers. I do Not really mind to be honest but one thing that gets me is the safety protocols they have to follow or forget or unknowingly not follow. It becomes hazardous to your customers health, as well as theirs.
One more! I love the hand sensor door assist but itās placed on the wrong side going out to the outside door from your cafe. I get the idea, maybe add a sign that itās there if not, itās usually where itās reachable and...

When this first opened I was excited because it was so close to home, much more convenient than driving to the locations on No3 and Cambie and the Bridgeport one, but if Iām being honest with you driving out there would be much better due to the actual kind staff that work at those places. The staff at the window at this location are rude, they donāt smile, they never want to put the sleeve on my drinks when I ask before they hand it to me, and they try to shove my order at me and get me out of the drive thru lane really fast before I could put one thing down. When I am trying to put my order away safely before driving they just stare rudely as if implying why am I still at the windowā¦umm excuse me itās 6 am in the morning and I am the only person in drive thru, am I wrong for not wanting to speed away really fast and have my food or drinks spill? Is it wrong if I ever want to make sure I have the right order?

Foods were hot but coffees were ruined. The drive thru staff had a āno smile at all face, no helloā. When we got the food, we checked inside the bag, there were no napkins, straw, ketchup, cup holder or drink tray and no receipt at all. Upon asking, we were given a very weird look as if we asked something that we shouldnāt have. Before I could settle down with the foods, they kept staring rudely as if I was simply wasting time. However there was only 1 car behind me, 200 m away. They just want to take the order and money and get rid of the customers providing whatever they want to serve. They should write at the drive thru, pay money, take your order and check the order outside of drive thru and if anything wrong, donāt complain.
