Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Rural Municipality of Gimli

All of the staff seemed great except for this one guy behind the counter. I had gone to this Tim Hortons yesterday afternoon and was greeted by a very unhappy cashier who talked to me in a condescending way. I ordered a “farmers wrap” but as someone with dietary restrictions I wanted to clarify its contents. After clarifying that the wrap came with “hash browns in it”… this guy snapped and said “yes that’s literally what a farmers wrap is”. The next day I returned to order the same thing and was greeted by a kind cashier but noticed the same guy behind the counter ! Except this time he was making the food. Im not sure if it was out of spite but … after receiving the wrap there was in fact no hash brown or cheese in it, solely egg. Regardless, I will not be ordering this from “Gimli Tim...

Worst service ever. This one guy behind the counter shouldn't be working there. He acts very condescending with his coworkers, he hits things when he gets angry, He tries to act tough by showing his aggression. He obviously doesn't work well with others. Other coworkers were telling him to calm down.

I'm actually going to contact guest services. I know its a small town and life is stressful, but you can't act like this all the time.

I've often go to Tim Hortons in the ghetto areas in Winnipeg and even being treated like garbage, the employees are calm and don't act like the man-child behind the counter in Gimli's...

I definitely won't be going back! The young man serving seemed to be missing a personality, at least when serving me, he seemed to enjoy when chatting with his co-workers. Maybe that's why the Chai Latte I ordered turned out to be just strait Chai tea. Also, I had the Artisan-Style Bacon Grilled Cheese, HUGE fail. The cheese was not even melted and even though I had the sandwich in my possession for all of 3 minutes before taking a bite, it was completely cold. I guess the fact that there was only 1 other customer in there should have been my first clue.
