COMPLETE LOSS OF RESPECT, AND MY BUISNESS I ordered take out, my wife picked it up and brought it home for supper for my kids, wife and I. She gets home and open the bag and they had completly forgot the nachos, and of course the nachos were for the kids.. So naturally we gave the kids our food which was mazza burgers and poutines, since it was now 5:30 and called chicken chef back. I talked to the owner of the restaurant Melanie Specula. I explained the situation and the first thing she said was "sorry it's really busy" "I don't know what to tell you". I worked in the restaurant industry for many years, as a server, cook, and manager. Never have I told a customer I don't know what to tell them.. You first offer to remake the food, if that does not satisfy the customer you offer a refund and possibly the entire bill and or store credit in hopes that the customer returns once again to restore Thier faith in your restaurant and staff. After she handed me the nachos she walked away as I was trying to speak to her, she came back and told me to get out and that I was the reason that they have help wanted signs on the doors. In what world do you treat anybody that way nevermind a local paying customer supporting your business. When I got home with the nachos half of them were burnt and the other half hardly cooked.    Read moreI was there today for breakfast with my kids and their Grandparents...Terrible service: 20 minutes to get a menu & drinks, over an hour and had not recieved our breakfast...5 other tables arrived after us and were already eating. We tried to be patient & kind but rec'd only attitude and excuses. Talked to the manager (Dylan) who rolled his eyes at us, treated us like we were the problem, was extremely rude and was so unpleasant even telling us (as customers) to go back to talk to the cook! He was so awful that my 7 year old daughter had an anxiety attack as we were leaving. The manager was not apologetic for our experience and did not offer any solutions, he was only cocky, patronizing and rude. We were disappointed that reasonable requests for an explanation for our long wait were met with this behavior from the manager!    Read moreIt's just wrong that customers go in to eat but cannot order the bucket meals to eat inside. Your told you can only order those for take out. We were forced to order from another menu, individual meals in order to eat inside. We asked for a large gravy and the waitress told us what we "should" have, offering individual gravies or a medium size. Then came back to us showing us the sizes of a medium and a large and again telling us we should only take the medium. We told her we wanted the large. When she brought the food, the large gravy was only filled 3/4 full, making it a medium size amount. When asked to fill the container she did not like that.
However the food was good, restaurant was clean. But we really wanted a bucket meal. Should not matter what we order, size wise. We are still eating their food and paying for it. Go to McDonalds and get told you can only order fries if your eating in. This just doesn't make any sense nor is...
