I find it hard to believe that there are bad reviews for this restaurant. ( I guess it is impossible to please everyone ) my wife and I used to go to a Vietnamese restaurant on fort street called Saigon nights that had incredibly good food. they closed during covid and never re opened, then we found out that the cooks from Saigon Nights went to Pho Halong after Saigon Nights closed and the food is exactly the same great taste and quality as Saigon Nights had. we get take out from Pho Halong as well as sit in on a regular basis and the food there is so good. we love it there. the food is so fresh and great tasting, the service is great and the atmosphere when we eat in is great.
