deluxe French Fries — Restaurant in Saint John

The service was terrible. I ordered a 2 piece fish and chips and a scallop platter to go. When I left with my order I was under the impression that I recieved what I had ordered at the cash register. The receipt shows "snack T1" and does not indicate to the customer if this is chicken or fish, so I had no indication prior to leaving the store that my order was wrong. When I got to my destination and opened up the bag, I found my scallop platter and a two piece chicken. When I called the store to tell them I got the wrong order, I was passed off to a supervisor. Originally she told me to come back for a refund or to change my order, however this wasn't possible as i was visiting my husband on his work break. She then carried on to called me ignorant for saying that my order was taken wrong. I know I had asked for FISH and chips, however the supervisor went on to tell me I was wrong and I had ordered the chicken despite knowing I had said fish as it just comes out naturally to say "fish and chips." She said her cashier had been working there for 3 years and there was no way she could get an order wrong. Continuing to tell me how I was wrong, insulting me, and telling me that her cashier could never mess up. The customer service was unacceptable and I will be looking for fish and chips elsewhere...

I ordered the 3 piece fish and chips. They didn't arrive. I called back. They insisted my phone wasn't working. I said I'm talking to you on it now. So she said she'd send my order. I live quite near to them. Maybe a 5 minute drive. Another hour, still no fish and chips. I call back. Then she insists that I ordered chicken. So I just said cancel the order. But she insisted it's on the way. I said no, cancel it. My stomache had shrunken by then as I was upset. I hung up and suddenly there's a light tapping on my door. So I open the door and there's this old fella there with my food. And so I pay him and sit down to eat and open the bag and guess what? Chicken and chips!! So I call them back and she fights with me some more. Then after several minutes she says she will put me down for a 3 piece order of fish and chips. At this point I think I am not even going to bother. It's just too much stress. And the chicken is awful there btw. It tastes very bitter. Maybe the crows will eat it....

If there was a no Starr only negatives I would have chosen a 10 negative . It's awful a guy named Scott cooking wow all I can say I'd love to talk to a owner . I asked for crispy bacon on my clubhouse plate and it was raw because the clerk autumn didn't tell him what I ordered . So I ask for the meal to be remade with crispy bacon then they sent out only a sandwich so the old fries where cold at this point then when I got the sandwich the bacon was but to a crisp almost to the point of setting of the alarm tale a look below very ignorant then when I asked the he cook he somewhat smirked slightly saying well that's crispy so very rudely . All I can say is u never know who a secret shopping so thank u very much for my review with the company . Thank u...
