Taco boyz has really delicious food but I think until they get things under control there and have a better system for orders that they should stay off of skip the dishes and door dash. Every time I’ve ordered from them on either app I’ve waited almost 2 hours for my food. Unacceptable. I know that when ordering delivery there could be more wait times but 2 hours for a couple of tacos is ridiculous. I’ve also tried ordering on skip the dishes for pickup so by the time I’d drive there it would be ready and that’s not the case. I stood in the store after my order said it was ready to be picked up and they hadn’t even started it yet. They then proceeded to ignore me and continue on with the people who were just walking in the door. I stood there for an hour and at that point I know I placed my order waaay before the people that just walked in. I also worked in fast food and have more patience because of it but I also know how orders should be dealt with and they should be done first come first serve. Read moreI ordered through skip and was excited to have my boyfriend try it after I had the best food from here last week… the 2nd time not so much. I received someone else’s food that had completely different ingredients and was too spicy for me to eat, the bag I received had an order number marked on it and then another order number was written over it, which I found interesting considering I received the wrong food, also didn’t receive the $4 queso I paid for. When I called the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude off the bat insisting they couldn’t replace my food because I ordered through skip, which I know is untrue because I’ve had food remade from places before… skip didn’t make my food wrong? When passed over to the manager she was very nice, apologetic and advised me instead of simply replacing my food she would have the owner call me because maybe they could do more, which I didn’t at all ask for but agreed… well no one ever called me, so I didn’t get my food replaced and was out the money I spent on food and couldn’t eat. Read moreThis place needs to be shut down ASAP. Their employees don't adhere to any food safety standards. Not to mention a rude manager dealing with customer grievances makes matters worse. On Sept 20, at 5:15pm, and my friend ordered 2 Taco burritos on our way back from work ( one vegan and another with chicken). Needless to say, we asked for the burritos to be marked so we could identify our respective orders. I took my burrito and went home only to find out later that it was marked wrong. Now being a vegan I can't have this 12$ burrito. but.. Imagine if they did this to someone with certain allergies. The manager was to my surprise, rude and ignorant and didn't even acknowledge their mistake. All she said was if you got your order then it's not our problem. So what if I was lactose intolerant and my food was having cheese because of your goof up of the orders!!! Labeling our orders correctly is a part of your job description. Anyways... Not going to this place ever. Poor hygiene standards are bound to get his place shut...
