I am extremely disappointed. Please give me a call or an email if you have any questions. We arrived there and were greeted by an Indian cashier. I told her I wanted Sumo size Dan Dan combo and Kung Pao with extra protein. Before I even continued speaking. She interrupted me and say they have a 25% off promo for pickup. I said “we’re good”. They she said “it’s 25% are you sure?”. I said “We wanted to dine-in please”, then she kept repeating the same question. I assumed she wanted us to order online, treated the order as a pickup, then eat it there in the restaurant anyway. I said sure, then I went to my phone, placed the order. Then waited for almost 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, we opened the sumo boxes and had our supper. The same girl ran to us and said we need to get out. I told her but you told us to order online and eat here. Why couldn’t we. Then the chef ran to us and said we need to leave or he will call the police. I said we were told we could do it. Then the chef called the police and pulled out my personal info from the online order. Even though the police didn’t show up, but listen. This experience is disgusting. You need to have your employee trained properly and not to call the police before having proper conversation with us. I understand that they might already put me on the blacklist of the restaurant. Well! I will never return to the restaurant again!!! Read moreLiterally worst experience EVER at this restaurant. And I have had a few poor experiences here in Saint John.
So, i stopped in quickly as I was getting my tires changed nearby and had 15 minutes to spare. This is my 1st time coming here, but I eat Pad Thai several other locations here in the city and love them all.
I walked in and asked if they serve chicken pad Thai, in which I ordered. I am accustomed to being asked if I want spicy or not, but was not asked in this case. I get home, and its super spicy.
So I try call and explain what happened, hoping they would understand and replace with mild or refund my money. This man decided to blame me for the mishap, and would not accept the mistake on their end. So, I decide to drive back to the eastside and talk in person. But, I was met by a ignorant old man who is stuck in Communist China days, who does not understand customer service.
On top of all of this, I paid $15 for 4 small chicken strips that isn't real meat, and found a lime in the middle with Peel still on it. I ended up picking through it to at least salvage the chicken.

Horrible customer service. We ordered food for takeout, they said it would be ready at 5:35. Then we drove home and one meal that was supposed to have Tofu, in fact was made with chicken. This is a pretty huge mistake to make because often if someone orders tofu it’s because they don’t eat meat!!! .
Called the store and asked them to deliver the correct order. They said no. They said come back tonight or tomorrow.
So already my supper was ruined. Drive 15 minutes back to the store and they refunded the money but did not offer a replacement meal. What the hell. Why would I drive all the way back that very night just to get a refund? I expected a comp’d meal or at LEAST a discount!
They flat said no. where I am originally from there were a hundred Chinese and Thai places to choose from. Here, in Saint John, it’s slim pickings. And they clearly know it. They apparently think they don’t need to bother with good customer service because they think people will just be desperate enough to come back.
