A little empty but always clean. The Janitorial staff are stellar. They're always smiling and jovial. The bathrooms are clean.

The help desk tends to have staff who are decidedly less approachable but whenever I call or ask for help they provide it with respect and attention to detail.

As someone with resting 'Mean' face, don't let their expressions dissuade you, they are almost always patient and willing to help. We, as customers, are not entitled to forced happiness as long as the staff is courteous and respectful and I think it's important to let more people know that.

Staff are there to help give directions, sell products and prepare the strollers and carts. They aren't required to be your daily boost of dopamine.

Also I think the area they are in is quite dark and removed and the mall should provide them with more lights(unless the staff are light sensitive.) Because it always looks like a dark cavern they have to sit in all day. But business and service wise...

A while back I lost my wallet in the Mall and wasn't even sure how I could have as I'd just come from the bank after cashing a check and hadn't bought anything yet even though I'd been in a couple stores. PANIC!! Just telling myself to breathe kept me sane for the next 20 minutes.....when I heard my name over the loudspeakers to go to customer service. My wallet was there! WITH ALL $400 INSIDE. Thank you to the gal at customer service for returning it intact

It was found and returned by a manager @Ardene's. I'd had it in my hand and then left it on the counter under something and walked away.

I don't know why this mall is still open. It's extremely sad and depressing. At one time, this was a great mall, busy with so many people, holiday shopping was literally shoulder to shoulder but now there's nothing left. The government should just turn it into an old age home or homeless shelter. Seems like there's five stores in the whole mall. Massive space for absolutely nothing. I'm giving it two stars because you can ALWAYS find parking and there's a Java Moose kiosk which, for the record, has the absolute best hot chocolate out there, hands down! Java moose also has/had a peanut butter coffee that's AMAZING!! If you like coffee, Java Moose should be your go to...
