What a horrible experience Sunday evening, not very busy We were told 3 of the beers on tap were no longer available Was told there was no more steak available after ordering the fajitas 4 guests ordered hamburgers, 3 of them were raw. Server took away food, to then bring back the fries on each plate on a separate plate. This was 5 minutes after the burgers were removed. Fries were cold. Was offered options, elected to have burgers remade. We stated as long as it doesn't take 20 minutes like last time, o"of course, we will rush it". 25 minutes later, burgers come back, completely overcooked, and on some cheap bun (much different and smaller from the original order) Bill arrives, all burgers were on the receipt still and when I complained was told there is nothing they can do. I still tipped I see on the receipt after I was over charged for the fajitas (I did not order the double size).

I am in the hospitality business myself and get staff challenges. This had nothing to do with that. Thus was poor management, poor practices, poor ingredients.

Thus was the third time this year going, and as a local business owner in SADB, will never set foot in this place again. Too bad, this place had potential, but until the management/ownership makes some some serious changes, don't...

I have eaten here before but my experience on Sunday was horrible. We arrived at the front door and nobody looked at us or guided us to a table. The employees were too busy smoking and talking with their colleagues outside the main entrance. What an awful way to welcome your customers!!

We walked inside and nobody told us where we could sit so we decided to sit on the terrace. Next thing we know, a waitress walks by and throws the menu on the table! She didn't even stop walking to say hello, and looked mad, as if we were bothering her. She was incredibly rude and could care less about her job or her customers. And we are expected to tip her and accept this kind of attitude?!! NOPE. We left right away and will never come back here.

The closing hours on Google say it closes at 1:30am on Sunday. We found out they actually close the kitchen at 8pm. Since we arrived at 7:40pm, i guess they had zero interest in serving us. Maybe you should change the Google hours instead of making customers feel like a burden!

The horrible service made us feel like crap and very unwanted here. The only nice thing is the view. Not worth the...

Friend and I have been going for over 2 months around '5 a 7' enjoying the summer here. Service, food, ambiance and view were all in all a great experience since, however, deciding to go recently when the summer is starting to end we noticed heavily that both our server and our experiences were changed. The other night we went for 6 our server didn't even acknowledge us until 6:30 and when we ordered our drinks and finished our drinks, thinking of getting another pitcher and maybe an item on the menu, we didn't receive another acknowledgement until 8:15. We were starting to hesitate and worry. We were about to leave. He noticed us and finally asked if there was something else we'd like to have. Managed to asked about the sauce used on the wings, I kid you not he walked away. Keep in mind people behind, beside and in front of us were being served, billed and were able to walk our before nightfall. As a customer I shouldn't go out of my way to ask for something since I haven't been since summer started. Giving a 2 star review for recent experience but this most definitely shouldn't...

Haven’t been to Annie’s in over 15 years . Decided to do the patio on a visit back to Montreal for a family visit. Went with some friends. Host was nice Told us to sit at the bar while we waited for the patio. Bartender for us beers right away. Finally sat on patio. Riley our server came to us and looked super busy but was smiling. She brought it pitcher of cold beer with ice cold mugs ! Then told us promptly that many of the items on the menu were not available. We had nachos which was ok. In the end a pitcher of beer an nachos was nice, service was nice good . Only issue was the lack of food items which of course stopped us from eating there. Hopefully that resolved soon for future guests.

We had a lunch at Annies Sur Le Lac located in Sainte-Anne-De-Bellevue. We ordered Saumon de l’atlantique, a grilled salmon 🍣 served with roasted vegetables and fries. On the side I had Guinness. A perfect sunny day to have at the back side of the restaurant overlooking at Canal Sainte-Anne and St Lawrence River. The food was delicious and salmon was well cooked. The staffs were very generous and there was an old guy who was sarcastic while we were talking. I loved the atmosphere and inside ambience of the restaurant. No reservation is required, we just dropped by. We will visit again during fall season and will try something else. Merci Beaucoup!!

There’s good reason Annie’s has withstood the test of time and earned it’s place as a Montreal institution. Love the iconic fake palm trees as you look out into the lake. Really though, sweet patio. Good music playing. Nice servers! got the chicken burger which was so friggin good. Really crispy. Great toasted buns. Fries on the side were that awesome kinda hand cut greasy fries the way they were made to be had! Awesome house seasoning on them, too. The other dish was the sizzling fajitas which was a beautiful whole muscle meat chicken breast. Could have used some red or yellow peppers for colour but that’s ok. It was awesome!
