It was tasty and nice to try something different. I tried going on a different day but they were unexpectedly closed with no sign or information posted either on site or on their Facebook page. I was told to let them know the next time I came. I managed to make it a few days later. A young lady was working but did not know the products very well nor cared about the difficulties I had before regarding their opening hours. She was friendly enough but disengaged. The desired treat was on a poster outside but not on the menu. I final searched Facebook to recall the name icy booza ashta supposedly the signature item. It was delicious and different in a good way. Expensive for 5$ but heavy on the pistachio so that probably balances out. I learned after that it should be served in a cone cup. My ice cream consumption is strictly a summer issue because of the overwhelming and omniscient presence of ice cream shops popping up in strategic locations when Dayle moved Vivienne's to du Collège corner, I knsw I saw it like a Mexican Trifecta of Ice Cream. Usually super good I love ordering from this place ! But yesterday we went to pick up our order ourselves from uber eats, they gave us a bag with no receipt or name and rushed us saying it’s our order .

Arrived home it wasn’t at all what we ordered so we went back to change it and literally 10 minutes after we came back the store was closed at 9 pm when it says 10 pm online and on the uber app .

I made a big order and was given a small wrong order . I had to spend hours with uber to get a refund cause they said the store shouldn’t be closed. My husband had to go back a third time to take a photo of the store to show them it’s closed at 9pm ridiculous!! And so frustrating .

Really disappointing and childish and also when you ordered something you wanted but got the exact opposite …

0 professionalism. Will not be ordering...
