I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this was by far the worst restaurant I’ve ever dined in my life. When I got my menus, food was stuck to both and I knew I was in for a bad time. You can see the picture of a dried noodle enjoying its new home. The other menu had salad stuck to it. The tables weren’t clean and were a little sticky when we got there. You’ll see a picture of a toilet. That’s because my youngest went to the bathroom just before 5 and when I went myself just after 6 it actually looked worse. I don’t care about the pandemic but if you’re a stickler for sanitization (or like me just expect clean bathrooms) stay away from this place.
Our service was awful. My kids received their meals fairly quickly, but the adults had to wait 30-40 mins for our food. I’m willing to overlook slow service because of the world situation but how can you not have food not served for the whole table? Imagine being my young kids and getting there before five and leaving a little after 6:30. Almost two hours of being in the restaurant because of a disorganized kitchen! It wasn’t even busy! Other restaurants may be slow, but they don’t space out food orders like that.
The server was so infrequent we honestly thought she had clocked out at times. The food was not worth it. I ordered the big dipper, and it didn’t have enough au jus for my whole sandwich. I could literally pay half the price for one at Arby’s and get left over sauce. Come on guys!
I honestly think the owner and employees should be ashamed of themselves. There is nothing going for this disgusting pig stye. Do yourselves a favor and keep the door closed when this upcoming...

My intention tonight was to celebrate a family win when we needed it, and my only issue was the total lack of ingredients on this former heavyweight of the BP menu. They also ran out of green olives, though not an emergency, kind of telling about how a pizza restaurant is run overall. The ownership group has been absolutely negligent of the quality the had trained me to 20 years ago at open. Shrinkflation has nothing on this shameful presentation. My greatest regret was not getting a picture, I was trying to enjoy some video game golf with my kids. This was a bridge too far for the expediter/manager one could assume. Van See Watt. This one's for you. I believe BP could offer retraining if you were to ask politely, as your tableside manner lacks...everything. Hello, Brazeaus'! Read moreI came in for lunch and it wasn't busy and they took a very very long time to even take my order and my waittress wasn't busy either... I told her I wanted to order the spinach dip for me and my 4 year old but I didn't know it was spicy... I wish she had told me because neither of us ate it just wasted our money .. I ended up not even ordering lunch because it took an hour and half for them to take my order and even bring it out ... Just for spinach dip!!!! I still ordered my little one lunch and it came with no joke 12 Fenech fries... Not even a handful so so disappointed as it was our first time ever coming... It was for my birthday and I was excited to spend it out with my 4 year old... It was such a sad visit and I was still charged for the spinach dip that I only tried one bite of and I knew my child couldn't eat that.. she offered takeout boxes but kind of pointless if no one is going to...
