Absolutely loved our A&W visit at Exmouth location! 🍔🍟🥤 Every visit is a fantastic experience, and it's all thanks to their incredible team and commitment to quality.

The management here truly deserves a round of applause! 👏 They run a tight ship, ensuring everything is smooth, efficient, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their staff and customers.

Food can very from good to subpar depending when you go in. But the service is often very slow and inconsistent.

Today went in around 5 so food was fresher from the rush, but the service was not good. Cashier missed or forgot parts of our order 3 seperate occasions. Seemed confused to what she was doing.

I could see the cook checking the phu, and the amount of meat did not add up to the flow of business. (I have about 5 years of fast food experience. Not an expert, but enough to know if it's as slow as it is, the amount of food in the phu will not get served before it's time to throw it out. If this is common, then offer cases its being held longer than it should, and served.)

Now I'm not saying that is the case, but I've eaten here off peak and the food takes a nose dive.

End point: only come on peak hours, expect to wait, and double check your order before you leave/sit down.

Went to get some A&W for my dad at the nursing home. Tried to order a combo. I would like a mama burger co --- (girl - that's $2.83) May I finish please? I want a mama burger NO KETCHUP EXTRA MUSTARD with (girl, interrupting again DO YOU WANT A COMBO?) Yes, please --- no ketchup extra mustard on that mama burger, onion rings and a diet A&W. (girl - so you want a combo?) Yes, please. I drive up to window --- I needed debit machine which she practically threw at me ... waited NINE minutes for ... wait for it --- a mama burger with burn marks on it extra ketchup and no mustard. Onion rings so over cooked my dad could not chew them (he has all his teeth, he is ninety though) a regular a&w root beer which he could not have as he is a diabetic. I discovered this BACK at the nursing home and was too peeved to return and complain. NEVER AGAIN you have lost a loyal customer and...
