Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Sarnia

I ordered veggie burrito bowl from skip and few item which I selected was not in the bowl and if some items were there it was so less. I ordered many times the same thing but never have any complaints but this time it was so awful. Bowl was mostly full of green peppers and I made complaint. The supervisor Heem, she was not interested to listen my complaint and mislead her owner that complaint was regarding green peppers only !!! So, I talk to Heem she said okey she can give me another bowl tomorrow and I said her that I will call you guys first about order and will send me friend to get it but at that movement I was not fine so I did not called them. I called today about bowl to get it and then owner call be back and said if can not do it as it supposed to on that day, explained her about situation but she was so rude and was saying food was fine and they are not putting any extra peppers And now can’t give me bowl for free.. hate this type of management. Will never go there in my life.

They are getting some good star maybe that’s why they really don’t care about complaints and supervisor or owner even feel their mistake. Start...

We've never tried Mexican food in Sarnia. Now, with Mucho Burrito in town, we'll be eating this cuisine much more often! The burritos are quite sizeable and the ingredients are fresh and tasty. I was, however, surprised that the ghost pepper burrito wasn't nearly as hot as I expected. Oh well, it was still excellent. I come here quite often for lunch and always enjoy it. I am happy there is a good burrito place in sarnia. Staff have always been very pleasant. The training by management must be good. I will say it is not cheap to have a burrito these days though!
