I chose Junior Baker based on photos of their cookies on Google Reviews. When we received our order, I was completely & utterly impressed! They certainly exceeded our expectations! When I ordered 20 cookies less than a week before my event, they were kind & accommodating. I gave vague direction and used phases like, “whatever is easiest for you”. When I received the cookies, I was blown away by the detail that was used! Not to mention the sugar cookies were delicious! Junior Baker thought everything through & even made sure to ask for our colour theme, to make the cookies match our Italy inspired engagement party. I am very thrilled with their attention to detail and readiness to listen. When you visit this cute shop you will feel invited & cared for there. I was happy to meet them & learn they have been in business for over 20 years. I’ve already gone back to try their brownies & they were equally as fabulous! Thank you so much...

I will no longer be getting my wedding cake from you. I have Celiac Disease and you make a lot of money profiting off people who have my disease or other gluten-related disorders. You are the only gluten-free bakery that I have ever seen in Ontario and Michigan that does not recognize or sell a special cookie for the month of May to raise funds for Celiac Canada, and only fundraise for fourteen years for an unrelated illness. Your livelihood is charging people sky-high prices who have no choice but to pay it because they can only gluten-free Celiac-safe products. You choose to be blind to the severity of the food insecurity problem for people with Celiac Disease. People need food to survive and Celiac Canada needs donations. I have specialized dietary requirements, and found this bakery. Our first visit, we were happy to find both gluten free and vegan options and took home some cupcakes and vegan butter tarts. The cupcakes were amazing, and my husband is a butter tart "expert" and he enjoyed them more than many non gluten free ones he has tried! When I saw they were trying a new recipe and were offering apple fritters for pre-order, I craved doughnuts more than i had since adjusting my diet. I showed my husband the post, and he surprised me with a dozen of them the next week. Again, neither of us could believe how great of a job the bakery did on these alternative doughnuts. If a business gets 50 points for service and 50 points for quality of product... high 90's!!!! Greatly...
