I was very excited to try out a new place in town, I talked about it lots before it opened.
Decided to go in and try it, first thing I noticed is that they did a very poor job at cleaning after doing renovations there is drywall dust or some substance still around trim and windows.
The light fixtures are nice, they are also pure glass, you can see every fingerprint from everyone who has touched them.
Inside looks unfinished and rushed, this does have an impact on customer returns..
Finally it comes down to the food, I have read reviews before going in and have seen lots of complaints about raw dough, this is in fact true for our pizza. The garlic bread was so hard we didn't even eat it.
Spaghetti would have been good as the sauce was very good, but they did not drain all of the water from the pasta which made it very runny, the meatballs must be frozen as they were still cold in the middle.
It took about 20 mins for the waitress to finally take our order, she was busy behind the counter eating the whole time we were waiting. No staff had name tags so I could not get a name.
I will not be returning to this place and I don't recommend eating here.

This special includes 2 small panzerottis with 3 toppings each and 2 cans of pop. The food arrived very fast and was cooked properly. Unfortunately they used entirely too much garlic and Parmesan seasoning on the top which overpowered the flavour of the meal. They also included the wrong kind of pop and didn’t make note of it let alone contact to see if a substitution was ok. The dough is unique compared to other places and the ingredients seem of good quality, along with the proper cook and speed of preparation, I figured they deserve a 3.5 or 4 star. Both times I thought that the food had a lot of potential, except for one fatal flaw in both; an excess of salt. The steak sub was so salty that it was inedible. I called the store to tell them, only to be advised that they don’t add any salt. The person at the store that I spoke with seemed put out out by my complaint and offered no resolution. The lasagna was also way to salty, although I could finish it. By the time I finished it, I could not have eaten another bite due to the salt content.
