Monday, May 28th I went to this location to purchase some lunch I waited in line for an extremely long time (there were approximately 6 others in line I finally got tired of waiting and I went to the order board and placed my order. I decided to go to the bathroom while I was waiting then when I finished I walked to the sink pumped some hand soap on my hands and much to my disbelief there was NO RUNNING WATER!!! I now have more soap on my hands then I know what to do with so I proceed into the restaurant to the condiment station to retrieve some napkins and I hear a lady yelling Greek Salad, Greek Salad NO NOT #883 but....GREEK SALAD so I say oh that is me. I walked over to the food counter and I noticed that that the lady had a name tag on stating she was a manager so I proceed to tell her that there is not running water in the bathroom and that I am so sticky from hand soap that I don't know how I am going to be able to eat my lunch so she hands me a wet nap YEP!! NO EXPLANATION OR ANYTHING JUST A WET NAP!! Then the other lady says oh that coffee is black did you want anything in it? REALLY I SAID yes I do it states what I wanted in it on then order so I have to repeat it again. I proceed to ask this manager why there is no running water in the bathroom that it's not sanitary and why is there NO CASHIER SHE SMILES AND SAYS ENJOY YOUR LUNCH !!!ARE YOU KIDDING ME !!!!!! So i go and get a table and open my salad the lettuce was so brown and the cucumbers were completely water logged incredible for $9.19 I can't believe the service and now the food as well. As few minutes later the manager comes over to my table and say well.....the water taps being broken was news to me but apparently the have been broken for some time now but you could of used the antibacterial instead of the soap you know so I look her in the eye and said well....perhaps I could of had I known to where is the sign stating that the taps are broken and she literally walked away from me without answering my question. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I later walked up to the counter to ask for another packet of salad dressing as this is a large full size salad and only 1 packet came with it the lady asked the manager if I could have another one and I'm thinking to myself why is she asking the manager? why not just give me one then I hear the manager say "oh...I don't care" the lady comes back and says usually extra salad dressing cost 40 cents but we are going to give you these one but next you will have to pay so I said oh I can give you 40 cents and she says No not this time your OK So.......to say this was the worst experience of bad food and bad service is the understatement of the year and I would call and ask for another manager but about 3 years I received a completely wrong order in the drive threw then what I ordered and when I got home I noticed and called the manager she said that they would sent me a $25.00 gift certificate to replace my meal AND THAT NEVER EVER HAPPENED I NEVER EVER RECEIVED A THING IN THE MAIL!!!!! SO THIS IS IS PROBABLY FALLING ON DEAF EARS AS WELL BUT....YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY .........YOU CAN'T FIX ....WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW IS BROKEN!!!!! SO NOW YOU KNOW IT'S BROKEN .......HOW WILL YOU FIX...
Read moreFeeling like this is a forced one star. I would take less stars but that's not an option. Not that my rating matters but I can guarantee you that you won't be back. Not such a friendly location. I ordered 2 big mac meals today.. They must have been rushing because both of my big macs were completely over dresssed, like a big mac salad. I called about an hour later to let them know. Carole answered. I explained my situation and she hesitated to let me know what she could do. She said she would replace my meals.
I showed up about 15 to 20 minutes later I went up to the front and told the girl that was working there that I'd spoken with Carole and she was going to replace my two meals for me. She said okay one second I'll go and get her. I waited and Carol came over. She had the most pleasant look on her face like as if I ruined her day just by showing up. She said what can I get for you. I told her I had talked to her earlier on and she said she was going to replace my meals for me please and thank you. She shook her head like as if she didn't know what was going on and said it was for only one meal I said no actually it was for two meals. It seemed like she took out her frustration silently on the registration.
At that point I felt like I shouldn't have said anything like the other times and just never went back to that location again as she carelessly handed me my receipt.
From the looks on the crew members faces it kind of looked like they didn't have fun being there then I realized that they could have potentially been because of her and the atmosphere she creates. I can say that I would be happy to work at McDonald's but if I knew that she was my boss I would not be happy to go into work at all.
As I write this review I really hope that a crew member can read it and think to themselves ya she really is like that... Bad bad karma to be acting like this.
Next time I have to go to this location I hope that they do not mess up my order and if they do like they normally do I won't say...

Just one last comment. The Christina st locale is much More effecient and expedient in processing orders, and yet they keep up with drive through as well. This is well known by my peer group too. Sorry to say but I dread having to go to your locale; tonight, for a simple coffee & muffin (pre-ordered), your staff took 20 min to hand it to me, and even then he overlooked the muffin. Sorry, not sorry, because in this day and age, that is Pathetic, and I will avoid your local at all costs. Ps I am forwarding this 'feedback' note on to your (Ont) Corp office.
