Very rude staff - bartender! Upon entering the women was miserable and stated this when asked "how are you?" Will never go there again and being told after ordering "WE ONLY TAKE CASH!" was delivered in such a nasty tone. Had never been before thought we would try and what a mistake that was! My friend and I came to the Neon Moon to have a drink on Canada Day. I found the atmosphere lively,yet cozy. The service was prompt and friendly and my mixed drink was delicious.
