Rude staff and feces covered bathroom: The one girl was really rude. we are from out of town. We bought our drinks and sat down at one of the tables/bench bar to enjoy our juices. Other staff told her she didn’t need to do things or could do stuff later, your bothering customers. her response was “ ha this will make them leave faster”. take into consideration we were sitting quietly while I finished filling out a form for an appointment. at least her co-worker was polite and considerate. I do appreciate her and that she tried.

On top of this the bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING!! there was actual feces all over the place! including down the side of the garbage can!?!? Made me nauseous seeing this and walked straight out. If it wasn’t for the issues with cleanliness I would have given it a two or three stars. even after the one girl was rude but both made this whole thing a really bad...

Watched my smoothie be made incorrectly (used to work at this franchise so I know the recipes), worker became upset when I asked for the smoothie to be made correctly. Worker was incredibly rude and proceeded to tell the customers in the store that a worker didn’t show up today and she isn’t supposed to be there tonight and that’s why things won’t be up to speed. Worker was rolling eyes and shaking head upon customers walking into store. Asked for pesto panini and told I can’t order it as they are too short staffed. I love booster juice but the experience at this location was one of the worst customer service experience I ever had. Worker had also told customers waiting in line that they will have to wait even longer as a skip order just came in. I understand short staffing but the rudeness of this employee was off the charts. I WILL NOT return to this location. If I could give a half star...

I did not have a good experience at this location today and will probably not go back. I asked for an item that was on the menu and was told it was discontinued. The girl helping me recommended another item that was similar and also helped work around my dietary preferences which was nice. Suddenly another worker comes out from the back and tells me the original item I wanted was not discontinued, so I tell her I will take that one. Neither of the girls know how to run this through on the till as my original order was already processed. They gave me incorrect change at least 4 times and I had to correct it. The most uncomfortable part of this was that the 2 girls seemed to be very frustrated with each other and one was being quite rude, and by the time I got my order she also seemed to be...
