TacoTime — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Walked in to see 2 lines, one guy just ordered over the glass while another ordered at the register. Waited for both to pay then made my order. Ordered 3 soft tacos. Guy behind me orders 6 tacos, they make his and give him his 6 before my 3. Asked for 2 hot sauses, lady pulls 2 out then another lady comes from the back and puts them away. 2 ladies working the til both seem confused what is going on. Get my order finally and they start putting it on a tray after I ask for it to go. She packs it up and puts in 1 hot sauce. Seems like more training is needed because half the staff is running around while the other half stands and watches. Get my tacos and it has maybe half or less the beef they normally put on. Honestly the worst taco time I’ve been to. I got a Crisp beef burrito meal with side of hot sauce and queso. There is no flavour to the queso and it’s very watery. Same with the hot sauce, It was way too watery and no flavour. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up my order (12 minutes later) she didn’t even start cooking my food, didn’t even see that I had ordered. There was literally no one else in the restaurant. My burrito was warmed and not even crispy and the Mexi fries were the only good thing, too bad I didn’t have any good sauces to dip them in. Won’t be going back. I get it’s just a taco time but my meal was almost $20 and I had to pay for queso I couldn’t even eat. It’s pretty ridiculous there’s no food...

It took 10 minutes to get our order and the tater tots sat by the cashier for 5 minutes in the cold air conditioning. Firstly, we ordered 2 mexi fries deluxe and the lady at the till punched in regular mexi fries. So, those sat at the till waiting for the rest of the order to be ready, which took 5 minutes and then when we said they were deluxe, they moved them to a box and added all the ingredients, but the taters tots were cold and so neither of us enjoyed this. The beef cruncho was okay, but needed a cheesy sauce like Taco Bell has. The kids loved the churros though.
