Left this location with a unpleasant experience and will not be going back. Went through the drive thru with a coworker during our lunch break to save time and ended up wasting more time then was necessary. We placed our order of two meals with onion rings instead of fries and two small blizzards. We reached the window and paid (with debit) and waited for our food. We were handed our drinks and blizzards in a tray, the one blizzard I would like to note was almost melted and would not pass being help upside down. After a minute or so we were handed our food, we glanced in the bag to discover there was fries when we wanted onion rings. When mentioned the manager at the time could be heard causing a fuss on the inside of the store. All we wanted was what we ordered. They took the bag back to take the fries. (manager was overheard saying they would be used for the person behind us which to me seems unsanitary since they technically left the store) We were then told we would have to pay 2 more dollars for the cost of the rings. So two debit transactions which they then decided to inform us that "they will let it slide this time" as if we were the ones that messed up the order and were being unreasonable. There was nothing for them to let slide, if anything they should have been apologizing to us instead of making us out to be the party at fault. The man working the window was very reasonable and admitted it was his fault which was appreciated but how the women in the store could be heard was not. Since I can't be sure I wont be getting someone else's rejected food next time I go and will be treated with such disrespect by someone who thinks we can't hear her I will never go back to this location and will spread the word to family and friends to never go to...
Read moreMy daughter, son, and I, used to go to this location from time to time. One Tuesday morning (29/09/2020) we were out and about on the North side of the city. We went inside and as the kids sat at a booth, I ordered our meal. There was a petite young women behind a plexiglas panel wearing a face mask. I told her what I wanted; 3 mini Blizzards, 1 regular onion ring order, 2 regular Pepsi's, and 1 Ultimate combo ( which comes with a drink). I noticed that she seemed awkward operating the cash register and I had to clarify my order a second time. I sat down with the kids and our order was brought to us by another employee, a tall, very overweight young man, with goatee and ponytail. He asked me if there was anything else we needed as I noticed that there was only two drink cups. I told him I had ordered three. The young man left and returned with another cup. He proceeded to tell me (in that smug, passive aggressive, millenial way) that I had only ordered two drinks according to the receipt, and that he was giving me one anyway. Like it was a great favor on his part. I explained that it was a mistake. To which kept saying, "not according to receipt" as went back behind the counter. This got me really mad, so I confronted him at the counter to which he acted like it wasn't my problem. The woman that served me hid in the back and didn't even address the mistake in person. As a business man, I can say that this situation was very poorly handled by the staff and I will not spend any more money there. I've spoken to many people since about the experience and they won't be supporting that kind...
Read moreThis location had 5 younger males not wearing their masks properly (on but below their mouth) and were very visible from the front ordering counter. They kept moving around the back with their masks down and were repeatedly touching their faces or masks and did not sanitize their hands after. They were playing offensive music loud enough that customers could hear. Some were not even wearing uniforms rather just a sweatshirt that did not appear to be clean. There were two females working that I honestly felt bad for because it was clear the guys did whatever they wanted and were not actually working. Also, just so disrespectful to work with people in semi-tight kitchen who clearly do not care about the health and safety of their co-workers. I usually go through the drive-thru but am glad I went in and saw how many health protocols were being ignored, because now I know not to go back for my own safety. It would not surprise me in the least if people get covid-19 from getting food there.
You should be the one that reaches out to report this and make the change. The fact that you are not addressing the health and safety concerns yourself shows me that you are not as serious about the pandemic as you should be. I am not trying to be harsh, but you need to do better in this extremely unsafe time now and keep the safety of your customers as your top priority - or just shut down if you can't commit to that. But, since I thought you were going to say that I needed to follow up, I went ahead and wrote up this location with Sask Health...
