Ordered a signature item from the online menu. They ask for add ones which I didn't want any add ones, just what was advertised and they sent me a bowl of rice and chicken, no toppings or sauce. I called and they refused to acknowledge that they messed up and said it was my fault for not choosing "add ons" . I ask if there was box to check that stated make as advertised, there isn't.
