On the evening of April 27, I placed an order for pizza and pasta at Domino's Pizza branch at 1930 8 St E, Saskatoon. While waiting for our order, my baby boy was interested in observing the pizza-making process, so I accompanied him inside the waiting area. To my dismay, I observed that none of the staff present were wearing gloves while handling food. At the time, there was one man and two women working in the kitchen. Furthermore, I witnessed an alarming lack of hygiene practices among the staff. Specifically, I observed one staff using the computer terminal (used mouse) designated for pizza delivery orders. Immediately afterward, without washing his hands, he proceeded to handle pizza dough. The same man was taking orders from the clients. I was there about 20 minutes and he didn't wash his hands.
Similarly, when the delivery guys (two men) arrived to collect orders, they too interacted with the computer terminal (used the same mouse) and right away they started packaging materials without any apparent regard for hygiene protocols. They didn't wash their hands as well.
I was greatly surprised and disappointed by this blatant disregard for food safety and hygiene standards. Considering Domino's reputation, I had always assumed that stringent measures were in place to ensure the safety and well-being of customers.
In light of this experience, I am left wondering whether any food safety authorities are overseeing and addressing such issues of unhygienic food processing practices. I trust that Domino's Pizza will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take proactive steps to prevent such incidents from recurring...

I ordered a 14" pizza for one person. I can't even tell you what I ordered, because it was so burnt, that the other ingredients weren't recognizable. After over a week, they offered me a coupon (not a reimbursement), but they obviously can't be trusted with food.
The manager said, when I sent those photos, "That's the way it's supposed to be! And our customers love it!" Oh, come on! Don't p** on me and tell me it's raining! If your pizza is so good, why do you have so many one-star reviews?
I reviewed my order and, of the following ingredients, there was no sign: Brooklyn Pepperoni, Pizza Sauce, Feta Parmesan Asiago. The only ingredients there were the crust and burnt cheese (I'm assuming a mixture of the "cheese", cheddar, and provolone).
For what they charge for one pizza, you can get 5 frozen pizzas which are 10 times better. Why throw out your money for burnt pizza?
UPDATE: After a year, I gave them a second chance. When I first contacted them, they said that I would have credit for a new pizza plus bread sticks or something. I ordered a pizza and it was better than the last time, still not as good as a frozen pizza and I don't know why I had to pay for it.

Read moreI called at 8th st location around 11:30pm to place an order for carry out. I was shocked by the way the girl treated me over the phone- no greeting. She just picked the call, instead of greeting, her first word was- what u want? When I told her, I want to place an order. She put me hold for 8 mins. When she came back on the call, I placed my whole order. She couldn’t even understand their own menu. I had to repeat my each & every word. Finally, when I placed the whole order, she told me we can’t make your order.. i had to first come to store & pay. And then wait for another 40 mins. I don’t know in which hurry that girl was. I have a request for the store manager or owner whosoever handles it, to first train their employees how to communicate with their customers so that they feel valued. At last, the worst thing was- when I tried to ask her name, she said that it’s dominos policy that I can’t reveal my name. I don’t know who made these policies which I never heard of. I think, she knew it- that how bad her customer service was. That’s why she was fumbling & did not let me...
