Breaks my heart to give 2 stars, but my drinks are made incorrectly far too often at this locationâand the lattes are consistently over-aerated.
When the milk is over-aerated, too much air gets in. Itâs kinda like when you were a kid blowing bubbles in your chocolate milkâthe cup was full of bubbles. Same idea. A latte should only have a small amount of microfoam, not half a cup of air bubbles.
Todayâs example: I ordered 1 pump of syrup instead of 5, but got 5. On top of that, my $8 latte was mostly foam. When I got home (5 minutes later) I took off the lid to check because it felt so empty, that's because half the drink was gone! Imagine ordering a cheeseburger at McDonaldâs and only getting half. At least there youâd only be out a couple bucks. Here itâs $8 for half a drink.
My friend was a barista for years and said this was a specific area of her training. Managersâplease train your baristas!? They donât know what they donât know.
I look forward to deleting this review, please give me a reason too :( But at this point I'm out a lot of money because when I order through DD I pay $5 more to have it delivered - but then I have to come to your store anyways to bring it back and have it remade (as DD doesn't refund drinks that are made incorrectly). If SB had their own delivery system they save so much money lol.

   Read moreIf you want good service, then go to this Starbucks location! All the staff is fantastic. They use your name when they greet you at the window or inside with a mobile order. Today, I placed a mobile order where I indicated Lactose-free milk (I have a sensitivity). The drink came with a cold foam. I hadn't actually looked to see if there was a lactose free option. They waited until I arrived to confirm if I would like lactose free cold foam, to ensure that I wasn't going to have a reaction if I was lactose intolerant. They had the rest of my order ready and waiting, just had to add that last bit. To me that is just going above and beyond. There was also an amazing little note on my cup this morning saying "Hi, Just know you're doing amazing!". Sometimes, you just need to hear things like this. I have always had a wonderful experience at this location. The manager is fantastic and all the staff too. It seems that they really care about the service they provide and they seem happy to work there as well!...
   Read moreNever thought I would ever have to complain about a Starbucks location but here we are. I don't know what is up with the staff but they clearly don't know what they're doing.
First off, I order from the mobile app and came to pick it up. I had 2 drinks and asked for a bag AND a tray but the girl at the window just looked at me like she was so confused. Then she proceeded to hand me my drinks in JUST A TRAY. I had too much to carry that day how am I supposed to carry a tray plus 2 other bags?? Is it that hard to fulfill a simple request.
Secondly I realized they got my order wrong after I left. I ordered a simple frap and the only thing I asked for was NO WHIPPED CREAM. That's all, but they even messed that up because my drink had whipped cream.
I was staying by a hotel nearby and thought I could have my daily Starbucks from a nearby location, but after that I'd probably drive further to get some actual service.
Tldr: didn't give me a bag when I asked and messed up my drink. Staff...
