Subway — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Went in today. Ordered a meat ball sub and the counter attendant Lucy told me I have to get them from the back. I asked if they were still frozen. She lied and said no and then proceeded to throw them in the microwave. She put them on my sub and then put the sub into the toaster.

Finished making my sub and I sat down to eat and the meatballs were still cold and not even warm at all. So I took my sub up and told her the meatballs were cold and I will just get something else.

Not once did she apologize and in fact looked mad that I bought it back and then wouldn’t look at me after that while making my sub.

Shame on you Lucy. Don’t work customer service if your not going to do your job right and then treat customers bad when they want what they are paying for. All around a bad experience and I will not be returning to...

Went to subway tonight, i showed up, and the employee points at the sig for their hours. Yes, it was 850pm, and yes, they close at 9 pm. Her attitude was rude and awful. I ordered despite the eye rolling and attitude i got every step of the way. She asked for what toppings i would like and I listed them but had to repeat myself, as she wasn't really interested in what I was saying. I jad a coupon for a free combo. She told me their system didn't take coupons. It wasn't work and there was notahe could about it. My sandwich in the picture below wasn't cut and not really put together that well. Again, this was from her attitude. All and all, there a reason why I haven't been back to this subway in 2 years. Looks like I'll go...

Whoever owns most of the locations including 8th St. across from London Drugs sure does a great job at making sure that it's spotless and clean in their. I've never had an issue with cleanliness when I've walked into this location on Clarence or the one on 8th St. which I visit frequently. Staff normally overall friendly and never any issues with the staff. They're also always changing out there gloves as well. Food prep area always clean and tidy too.. as well as the lobby. Lots of the Tim Hortons and McDonald's in this City is a pig sty. Subways for the most part at least have high standards on cleanliness and customer service...
