I absolutely LOVED this place. I've been ordering their drinks for about a year now and pretty regularly too. My fav is the papaya milk with their salted cream foam and I would originally give them 5 starts. However, I've had a really bad experience recently. On 01/05/2025 I ordered a classic milk tea with coconut jelly. Which I assumed would be jellies that were coconut. I got my drink, had a sip and felt the jellies were really floral tasting and were gross. They tasted nothing like coconut?! so I strained them out and just drank my tea without them.. about 5 or so minutes later I started breaking out in rashes. Well long story short I investigated the jellies and they are definitely lychee jellies. Which I'm allergic to. I called them to explain the situation and the first lady I spoke with was extremely rude and was raising her voice at me. Telling me they don't sell lychee jellies and that it was my fault I didn't state I had an allergy. I do agree I should have stated it, but that's why I don't grab any drinks that are lychee flavoured and I've never in my life had an issue with getting drinks like this until this day. But I do take some responsibility. HOWEVER she told me that there was absolutely ZERO lychee in the jellies. so regardless of if I mentioned it or not, I would have been given the jellies. She also changed her story multiple times, the first time I called she said there were no lychee jellies and she couldn't read me the ingredients list as they didn't have the packaging. To then being able to read the ingredients list and "confirmed" there's no lychee in the jellies and was basically calling me crazy. And when I first called she said she would grab her manager (and "did" ) and by the end of the conversation when I asked about the brand of jellies she admitted to me that she wasn't actually the manger. I ended up speaking to someone else after this and she told me to call the next day to speak to the owner. So I did, and still wasn't able to get in contact with the owner. They just offered me a free drink which I won't be accepting.

I got 2 other people to try the jellies and they are 100% lychee flavoured. If you Google "coconut jellies" almost 100% of them are lychee flavoured. They come up as coconut lychee jellies and they should absolutely be advertised as so on their menus, sites etc. I'm extremely upset with what I experienced and unfortunately can't say I will be back.

you can obviously see their reply underneath my review and it's kind of contradicting because they are first stating that I should tell them I have an allergy, but still stating that there was no lychee in the product when clearly there was if I had a reaction to it. You can order their coconut jelly yourself and taste it for yourself. It is definitely 100% lychee. I also did not give them my info like they are stating. They are being extremely dishonest...

It starts off with being around the corner of a nice rock and gem store my mom and family likes going to, then arriving at the restaurant, it has a nice, calming air and overall vibe to it. The workers are really nice (and all of the one's I've seen are good looking 🤭 even you male employees, if I were a girl-). The online menu is really cool with a flippy flop faction which is like a fidget toy, the food on it I enjoy are the Mango series: Mango Pomelo Sago, Peach gum mango strawberry, strawberry & lemon, mango sea salt, kiki sea salt, mango ice, my friend tried the kiwi ice, it wasn't as good as mine we both agreed, Tailand pepper chicken the first time was almost too different a taste but after having it a few more times I actually loved it and miss when I went here, one of the workers suggested lychee smth or other, I didn't like it at all, I just don't like lychee products to start it realized. I think overall the place is highly recommended but... The prices? Are pretty high, with only two things it always came to 20+ dollars which I'm not sure if it's bc of how fresh the fruit/products always tasted or what but the price is a big yikes and I'm not sure how some people could afford a whole table full of food...

Oh I forgot to mention, people are saying they take awhile to bring food out but when I went there at least once a week, my mom would drive me and come in for a few mins, we order than she leaves and almost as soon as she got to the rock shop (about, I recall her one time just barely getting into the doors of the place) and the Pepper chicken + Peach gum drink was...

So i ordered some kind of ice cream today and i asked one order taker can i have just one cup of water and she seems so angry that why i asked her?????? When she brought food to my table i asked her again polietly can i just get one cup of water please. She got so much furious and she put down cup of water so hard at my table i understood right away she didn't want to serve us.So,i stood up didn't even drink water and put it back and said thank you and she got more mad at me.If you are not happy by your job.Don't be mad on customers and i called manager back and she said we ask customer for water and if they need we charge $0.60 for a cup.All good i can pay for that. But that order taker lady got so mad at us didn't even give any information. Also, she seems like racisit.I also read same review at the bottom and if you are going to reply my review and deny i am giving review to wrong place no i am not.So, please talk to your employees and don't say that cusomer is wrong.I will tell whole bunch of friends don't go there anymore. There are so many ice cream places with nice staff and don't cry to serve you water. What a...

Desserts were OK. Overly priced! Service is terrible. I would not return. I was gonna ignore the super slow service but after what I was treated, i decided I should leave a review. Our first order was mango sago with tofu pudding (can't remember its exact name) and it tasted really bland with weird flavor. We brought our concern to the server. Her explanation was the mango isn't ripe enough - if that's the case, i suggest you don't take order. Anyways, we politely asked if we could order something else without mango since they are not ripe. She said yes. Then when she brought the replacement to table, she tossed it like she's angry. Is that what you are supposed to serve customers? Considering we paid $10+ per dessert, we should receive better service than this. Even if you have the best desserts (which you don't), with this kind of service, you will lose business. I suggest you change.
