If you look down on the one side there are a ton of rocks with art from locals and sometimes you can even see them painting as well. Great view of the river and Bessborough Hotel and leads into either downtown or Broadway Ave depending on the direction you're heading. Great bike and walking trails in either side as well.

This is up the hill by Broadway bridge to the right. Beautiful vantage point. Always meet such interesting souls down at the Broadway bridge in the bench area. Would recommend to anyone to adventure out to the rocks and see the beauty.

The amazing night and wow photos can be get over that bridge at night .. it's really magnificent you just walk and over look the river and get awsome shots at night and morning. There is a bike and pedestrian lane and the car lanes.

I got stuck on some snow that wasn't yet cleared. None of the city workers came to see if I was okay or could help. It was -50C with wind chill. I didn't see it until it sucked me in.

The Broadway Bridge is a Rall-type bascule bridge spanning the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon, United States, built in 1913. It was Portland's first bascule bridge, and it continues to hold the distinction of being the longest span of its bascule design type in the world.
