TacoTime — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Worst service ever,, ordered a few things ( no tomatoes ) everyone we tried had tomatoes in them even thou the wrappers had big no tamatoes on it. Even after we ordered the cook asked us( so no tomatoes? ) i said yes. I spoke to the manager, told her this was unaceptable, as 6-7 employees served us and me and my son were the only patrons in the store. Even the food value was cheap and very skimpy,, way better value at subway or tacobell. Steer way clear of tacotime, they have no idea how to serve properly as a restaurant. If i could give -5 stars i would, take your business elswhere.

After seeing the owners remarks i had to make another statement. Did your staff tell you that i had to return the food three seperate times? And only made a new taco after each time? After the third time i was the one who asked for some restitution for this happening three times. As the crunchy cinammon snack could not be eaten by my boy, i politely asked if they had FRENCH FRIES OR SOMETHING ELSE! Did they tell you that? Sounds like this place likes to not take blame very well...

While I do love their crisp beef burritos, I’m actually not a huge fan of their new crispy burrito bites. It comes with 8 pcs in total but I’m not sure the price (lost the receipt and I ordered other stuff).

It’s essentially same as the crisp beef but…cut down into smaller pieces. I find the “bite” size to be a bit awkward. Too big for one bite (for me anyway) but if I bite it in half, it falls apart.

I rather get the full sized regular crisp beef burrito.

I’ve always only ever go through drive-thru and the service has been great! However for a fast-food restaurant, it’s a much longer wait compared to many places (esp for drive-thru). I waited so long that the cashier tried to take my order again cause she thought I was a new customer (when in fact, I’ve never moved an inch since she first took my order……)

The wait is typically worth it since the food is piping hot and delish! But maybe going inside...

It has been a long time since I’ve been to a Taco time, but I think this was my last. I got the taco salad which is now $12.00, about twice the price since I last got one, and it was unbelievable on how cheap this chain has gotten! Server “ do you want hot sauce” Me “yes, lots please” Server- hands one little shot glass of hot sauce. Me “could I please have a few more?” Server hands me one more. Then the sour cream (dressing) wasn’t even put on the salad like they used to. It was the same shot glass amount. There wasn’t enough hot sauce or sour cream to drip onto the bowl that is supposed to be eatable. The taco salad was sad. Mostly just filler lettuce. It is not like they used to make. I hope the whole chain closes for good!

There should be a special on chicken there soon. You can hear the chicks “cheap,...
