Wetzel's Pretzels — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Hello, everytime I come to this location I am very dissatisfied. They either don’t have pretzels or they have no clue what they are doing. As today I went to get my free welcome pretzel after I found out that you guys have an app but she told me she doesn’t know how to do that? Why would she not know how to scan a code? Please train your employees better so I can have a better experience. I am pretty close to never coming back but I do love your pretzels so...

The service was pretty good; quick and friendly.

Unfortunately, our original pretzels were only slightly warm; and quite hard and chewy. It was nice, crispy and buttery on the outside, but the inside wasn’t great. It was too dense for my liking, and it took a lot of time and effort to chew it all up.
