Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

Demand a receipt from any Tim's in the Sault when using cash. Foreign workers will not return your proper change. 30 cents here 40 cents there, it's becoming a common problem. Is the money being pocketed by the workers or is this a Franchising Deception. Tim Horton should be ashamed of themselves for this conduct.

Pay cash , you will see for yourself. Was it busy, Sep 28 afternoon, the answer is no! I was told by a family member that this conduct was happening at multiple Tim Horton locations with foreign workers not returning the proper changes when paying with cash. Order: 1.chicken-bacon ranch wrap (no tomato)

Everything bagel, double toasted with herb and garlic- bacon and lettuce

I've only had little issue with this location.

-Chicken was overcooked or stale, little to no ranch.

-bagel had almost no cream cheese on one side and none at all on the other (pretty sure it costs nearly $2 to add/unsure)

I feel ripped off.

And I cant go back as they would be closed..

Just tried giving this location another chance... The chicken was so thin it was basically just oddly textured breading...

Not even worth the money.

Super slow. The employees were standing there talking, and literally chatting with their customer friends, while there are 6-7 people in line. Probably one of the longest times I've ever waited at a Tim's, and I was late for work because of it(I needed something to eat). I get if you have a million things to do I get it, I've worked in service my whole life, but there is zero sense of urgency. I've trained people in these jobs, and even the worst ones weren't as slow. Pick up the pace. It's a busy location and you got people waiting 15-20...
