I do not live near sault st. marie , so I had to order online from this wonderful shop. it was such a smooth experience! my order arrived promptly and in perfect condition, and the packaging is adorable! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it up and saw how neatly and beautifully it had been put together. I can tell a lot of care goes into what they do! The personalised handwritten note is such a nice touch, as well as the sticker on the outside of the packaging! I will absolutely be ordering from this store again whenever I need more incense :)

There was also handwritten notes in the package thanking us for supporting this small business. The personal touch and care put into delivering our items was something you don't see anymore. I had been shopping at Hilltribe Ontario, Sault Ste Marie store for many years when I lived in Sudbury area but when I moved away I lost touch. I am so happy to have found them online and they are still the great little store I knew 20 years ago! I love their prompt service and quality merchandise for reasonable prices. I especially love that all merchandise has been ethically sourced. Since I order online now due to distance, I love how I can trust how they choose for me unique pieces like crystals and one of a kind items. Also how their clothing looks identical to the pictures shown. When you receive your order, usually within a day or 2 of purchase, you receive a personalized hand written Thank You Note that makes you feel even more special. Thank YOU Hilltribe!! Hilltribe. An extremely unique and interesting store to stop into. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. If you have questions, they have the answers. The store is very well laid out and tremendously neat and tidy. I can not stand going into a store that is unorganized and dirty. If they don't have what you are looking for just ask and one of the friendly staff will be happy to help. My favorite product the star light. I have purchased many, as gifts or just for myself. I absolutely love the store, but i love the staff most of all. They're patient and kind and treat you like a friend, not just a customer. They give me honest feedback on clothes whenever i try them on and theyre just generally nice to talk and laugh with! i always stop in when im in town and its always a pleasure!
