I do not live near sault st. marie , so I had to order online from this wonderful shop. it was such a smooth experience! my order arrived promptly and in perfect condition, and the packaging is adorable! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it up and saw how neatly and beautifully it had been put together. I can tell a lot of care goes into what they do! The personalised handwritten note is such a nice touch, as well as the sticker on the outside of the packaging! I will absolutely be ordering from this store again whenever I need more incense :)

Absolutely incredible!! We ordered numerous items. Our delivery came quickly and every single item was individually wrapped in tissue and twine with much care. There was also handwritten notes in the package thanking us for supporting this small business. The personal touch and care put into delivering our items was something you don't see anymore. Loved my experience with Hilltribe Ontario Inc! Fast shipping, lots of updates provided. When I opened my package I was pleasantly surprised, wrapped in black tissue with string, hand written personalized thank you card. Very thoughtful. I am so happy to have found them online and they are still the great little store I knew 20 years ago! I love their prompt service and quality merchandise for reasonable prices. I especially love that all merchandise has been ethically sourced. I absolutely love the store, but i love the staff most of all. They're patient and kind and treat you like a friend, not just a customer. They give me honest feedback on clothes whenever i try them on and theyre just generally nice to talk and laugh with! i always stop in when im in town and its always a pleasure!
