Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

We went to this location Nov 24 2019 around 8:30 for a quick meal before going on a road trip.

The food took well over 5 minutes to arrive. The woman passing us the food to our vehicle had a hand covered in bandaids, some of which were dirty and starting to peel off. Open sores could be seen under the peeling bandaids. Looking back we should have just driven away at this point and not even touched the food and found elsewhere to eat.

The sandwich I received has a very burnt crossaint and the sausage patty cold. The drinks we ordered were wrong and also cold with improperly secured lids. We also never recieved our hasbrown that we ordered.

I would never go here for food if you can avoid it. This was a terrible experience and I hope the management of that store does something about what was witnessed and...

4 staff working and they weren't busy. They were just joking around with each other. I asked for an everything bagel toasted with butter and strawberry jam, a jalapeno bagel toasted with cream cheese, a large double double with an espresso shot and a large coffee with 2 cream and 3 sugars.

As I was standing in line, first thing I noticed was the Timbits were not even made properly like how they typically are supposed to, unless it's the right way and every other Tim's location is making it wrong. The bagel was not even cut in half. The cream cheese wasn't evenly spread. Lastly the coffee is extremely watered down, wouldn't even call it coffee.

Very bad experience. Don't waste your time and money at this...

I don't ever review places, but this is out of hand, every time I go to this tims, they let me down again and again. The people are great. The food, coffee, and service for walk ins have gone down hill drastically. More often than not they serve burnt coffee or watered down coffee. The wraps come balled up with nothing in them, and the beagles have next to no cream cheese in them. The portions for the cost do not add up at all. Sucks cause there are some good people working there. Tim Hortons, in general, has either got too big and cheap and care about the standards they once had, or the management has started pinching pennies all over town. I'm switching to country style...
