If you wanna try authentic food, I would not recommend the New Indian Palate. They don’t have the same quality neither the taste of the dishes are same. All you will be able to taste now is chilly if you are ready to burn you palate go ahead to Indian Palate. If you wanna waste you time, money, and still have to go back cook at home go ahead to Indian Palate. Dishes we ordered: Mysore Masala Dosa - made with Schzewan so forget authenticity. Kalmi Kebab - spicy red Leg piece Channa Masala - Dry tasteless curry Order of service: Food comes first then you have to ask for plate & cutlery which will take 10 min in empty restaurant (the only table in restaurant). Meanwhile your food is cold. We gave another try to order main course which includes Karahi Paneer, chapati, Kerala Parantha, Butter Naan: The food came in 45 min at the end the food was ice cold, reused, reheated pita bread.

I was there in evening time around 9 o’clock. I order a masala dosa for dine-in & kadai paneer, Butter roti for take out. Masala Dosa was ok in taste but served with cold sambhar😞. There was just one server who was really busy and forgot to give me a glass of water because I wasn’t there regular guest as every table was served water expected me 😞. After coming home me and my friend start having that kadai paneer with Butter roti. It was the worst kadai paneer I ever had in my life, and size of green pepper pcs in gravy was way bigger and the taste of gravy was yucky 🤮. Sorry forgot to click the pictures of gravy and roti. After all this experience they give me the option for tip out, and I given 15% just because of server’s hard work as she was alone and serving 3-4 tables along with deliveries and take out orders as well. So please work out on your food and service both.

I went to Indian palate late and there were barely people there, despite of that the server forgot to give us our drinks and she didn’t even offer water. We ordered food and the food was good but the service and atmosphere were terrible. They served food in take out containers and gave us paper plates to serve food on. We had to go ask for dishes. If I wanted a take out dinner I would have eaten it at home rather than going out. Indian palate is the worse representation of an Indian restaurant. If you want good food, good service and the Indian culture I would suggest the taj cuisine, Ojas, tandoori garden even Sukhdev is better than what Indian palate offers. Hell you can even get take out from hunger point and it would still be better than dining in at Indian palate.

Indian Palate is an absolute gem, and I'm thrilled to share my exceptional dining experience. Our journey to this culinary paradise began with a chance encounter with the owner, Jeevan, who happened to be our cab driver through Uride. His warmth and enthusiasm piqued our curiosity about his restaurant, and we decided to pay it a visit.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were treated like royalty. The staff, aware of our arrival thanks to Jeevan, greeted us warmly and informed us that our orders had already been taken care of. What followed was an extravagant feast that exceeded all expectations.

Jeevan's attention to detail was evident in every dish served. He had taken note of our food preferences during our cab rides and ensured that each dish catered perfectly to our tastes. The variety of flavors and dishes presented was astounding, from mouthwatering meats to delectable vegetarian options, from spicy delights to sweet indulgences.

The generosity of the staff knew no bounds as they continued to bring out dish after dish, filling our table with an array of culinary delights. Despite the restaurant still being under construction, the ambiance did not detract from the overall experience. The warmth of the staff and the tantalizing flavors of the food more than compensated for any minor inconveniences.

I cannot recommend Indian Palate highly enough. If you're seeking an unforgettable dining experience where every detail is meticulously crafted to perfection, look no further. Indian Palate truly sets the standard for exceptional hospitality and...

We decided to try out the new location and arrived when it opened. The waitress was not very helpful when we said it was our first time there. We asked if what we ordered was a lot and she said yes but then when she realized my bf was wanting to order kebabs she said no it wasn’t a lot of food. She didn’t come back to see if everything was okay or to ask if we needed anything. The cook (I’m assuming) brought out our food and she was very friendly and let us know what all the sides and sauces were.

We ordered the Momos Chicken (which were delicious), dosa set (3), naan (3), jeera rice, kadai chicken, the kalmi kebabs (the only kebabs available) and my bf ordered a beef dish but I can’t remember which one. We also each had a pop and a water, my bf also had the mango drink which was really nice. It was a lot of food. Too much! We ended up spending over $90.

The food was okay. I found it extremely salty. Almost too salty to eat. Also, if you’re not good with spicy don’t go here. Everything is spicy! I really wanted to love the food but wouldn’t go back because of how intense the saltiness was. Is Indian food usually salty!?

Maybe we chose the wrong things? Not sure but I don’t think I’m willing to find out. However, besides the construction it looked...

The worst place ever in Sault Ste. Marie the owner should wind up this thing and do something else I have got reasons to say this once I was dining in at 8.20 pm the staff switched off the entire lights and arranged the tables and chairs to close and came and told me we will close as soon as u finish what kind of behaviour is that and their closing time was 10 to 11 pm and always no one at desk even after serving food they go inside and I don’t know what are they doing out there every time u have to go inside kitchen to order food again or to bill .. once the store was empty and I walked in a girl and a guy came from inside after I called them thrice the toilet is in worst condition with bad smell every time people will come every time waiting for some one to show up and they wil just leave the place if you wait there for 10 minutes also some time no one shows up pathetic .. and atleast three people told me when they ordered veg Tey were given non veg mixed .. this is not the way to run a restaurant… and also no proper timings they open according to their wish and they close...
