The owner is a rude, egotistical, and unreasonable person.
1st - in this incident I didn't complain but I should have. About two months ago we found hair in our pizza 🍕 because their cook didn't follow protocol of ensuring head-covering. I called then drove to the location and the attendant replaced it for me. But I had to go drive back and by then all other food was cold.
2nd: Emergency Pizza: I and my spouse both had one emergency free pizza and we both ordered our pizzas on Tuesday Jan 13th for pick up for Wednesday at 4:00 PM for Jan 15th. On Jan 15th, we had to take my Child to Clinic and we called at 12:47 PM (see the picture ) and spoke with the owner and the guy when changing the order was very rude to my wife and says in a rude manner “One order is changed, tell me the second one now! I can't be on the phone long because we are busy”. We ignored it. But got the confirmation that both are changed for tomorrow instead of today. So Jan 16th comes and I call to confirm the pick up time and the owner picks the phone and starts shouting that I changed your order and no one showed up to pick one of the two orders yesterday, “WE ARE NOT A CHARITY TO KEEP GIVING PIZZA FREE”! I told him right of the bat that his behaviour is not appropriate and he called down. I offered to go to the restaurant to resolve the matter face-to-face. He apologized for his behaviour but wasn't willing to make both pizzas but one. No matter what you tell him he was sitting on cloud nine. Gives me the one and I left it to him and told him this is a charity for you and you can keep it. Despite I have been going to their store for over 2 years, and the food is delicious, I rather prefer to pay to a business that doesn't serve a cheap egotistical, rude and unpleasant owner, who didn't even have the balls to give his name for me to report to the corporate. Corporate Dominos haven't gotten back to me and a month has passed so I will post this here to make other be aware...
Read moreI have always received delicious and timely food when ordering from this location. The staff is friendly, caring and accommodating to my families food sensitivities.
The crew work together to create an amazing team ready serve their customers in Port Perry.
I have never even come close to having a negative experience here as described in a previous post. I understand that we can all have a bad day, but the rant about a free emergency pizza seems excessive to me considering the reviewer states that the food is delicious and that he has ordered food from this location multiple times.
As a busy mom from Port Perry working downtown Toronto this Dominos has always been a quick and hassle free solution when I am in a time crunch and I have a house full of hungry kids.
Kudos to the fantastic team of hard workers at the Port Perry Dominos on 7A. The manager has done an excellent job hiring only the best cooks, Customer service representatives and employees that take pride in their work.
The ability to select a time for pick up or delivery on my way home from my office is an additional convenience. A special shout out to Willie. He is always a pleasure to deal with.

Read moreWhomever gave this Domino's Pizza low scores, y'all are trippin' and need to put down your bag of kush-y mush! My Aunt has a cottage in Omemee and raves about Port Perry's Domino's. After having a privilege of tasting their pizza's on different multiple occassions for several year when I visit, they brought back decades old memories of how Domino's Pizza used to be. Right amount of thickness, nice 1/2" crispy, airy crust, good amount of toppings cooked right. Maybe they put some extra zest or magic mushrooms for me to give perfect scores. However, If you ever try my Domino's in Markham (Kennedy & Hwy 7), their pizza's so bad, it's a blessing that Port Perry's location make's theirs how I REMEMBER what Domino's used to taste and be like. Also avoid Pizza Pizza in Markham. I'm sure cottage country pizza establishments make theirs much...
