Can’t believe i have to actually say it. Stop hiring Indians……I’m sorry if this comes off harsh but I’m so done with these people ruining take out places everywhere!! In these last years I have never had so many consistent issues and arguments over such stupid and trivial things. But when I come to purchase food and the sanitation conditions are absolutely disgusting and cross contamination across the board yeah I’m going to have something to say. This location has the sweetest white ladies who are an absolute joy to see every morning and my food/drink is always done right. Disgusting health code violations and clueless, careless staff Dude drops a whole pack of donut bags-- picks them up off the visible filthy floor, adds them to the pile of clean ones and tries tp serve food with the same gloved hands... he does not see a problem with any of this. Nor do his coworkers. No contact info for feedback... as far as food goes they F up my order every single time and its a simple tea with 2 milk and sugar. Horrible customer experience not sure how it is still open and not being charged with health...

It was a very hot and sunny Saturday. I was thirsty, and everything I wanted was to rehydrate. And they refused to sell me a bottle of water! I visited many drive-thrus over the world and specifically in Ontario. Nobody refused to service me on drive-thru even if I'm on a bicycle. But here I heard that it's not safe to sell me a bottle of water.
