Came here for lunch today with 2 other people.
Ordered a crispy chicken 6inch with mozzarella and pesto, I initially had to speak up because apparently now they take 1 piece of crispy chicken and cut it in half, when it should actually be 2 pieces of crispy chicken. Unless they changed how they do it to cut costs.
Additionally, we were charged for a mozzarella bella instead of the crispy chicken with the pesto and mozzarella upcharge. Not complaining because the MB is cheaper than the crispy chicken, so they somehow managed to charge us roughly 5 dollars less than they should have.
I ordered a Supremo 6inch, they charged me for a BMT, but again not complaining because the BMT is cheaper than the Surpimo.
Only combo they got right was the 6inch gluten free tuna. BUT part of my change was missing so I had to go back.
The staff were very friendly, but seemed a bit "wishy washy", I can only assume that the owners/managers are aware of this, as their inventory must not align with what's in the POS system due to not ringing in the orders correctly.
I also witnessed a man ask for a 6inch chicken teriyaki, TWICE, only for the worker to not pay attention and give him a 12inch. If you have to speak up 3 times, maybe you need to work on your customer service and attentiveness?
Food was good, restaurant was clean, staff were friendly but not very attentive. 3 stars given due to the reasons...
Read moreNever will be stepping into this place again! My aunt and I went to get 2 subs last night. Both of us being females and the only other people in the store other than the employees I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life.
As order the sub the employee was speaking perfect English to me, turns to his co worker and has an Entire conversation in their language laughing and all. Than returns to making my sub and talking English. When I then told him I was uncomfortable with him speaking like that while I was there he than picked up the sub he was making and through it on the ground.
This isn’t the first time it has happened. They are know for talking in other languages and speaking about customer.
Reported it to the store and still nothing back. Will never be...
