Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

Well, tonight was very frustrating. Ordered pizza on-line. The website said that the order was to be delivered between 7:10 to 7:20pm. At 7:13 there was an update saying the pizza was delivered. It hadn't been but, hey, they did say 7:10 to 7:20. At 7:30, my wife and I thought, let's wait 5 more minutes. At 7:40, my wife called Pizza Hut. At 7:43, the driver showed up. The "manager" at this location had said that they were going to check with the driver. When the driver came to the door, I asked him if he had his phone handy because he was supposed to get a call. Nope. And when he got his phone he told me that the "manager" said there wasn't an issue. I paid for the pizza but no way was I tipping this kind of service.

The pizza was cold. My wife called the store back and the "manager" gave us the whole song and dance about only having one oven working.... However, she did not feel that anything should be done to keep us happy, until my wife said I would be writing a review. Suddenly, the "manager" was willing to give us a discount on our next order. Will we be making a next order? Not so sure. If I wanted cold pizza, I could get some a lot cheaper and no hour and ten...

What happened Pizza Hut? You used to care about your pizza and the quality and amount of toppings. Now it's seems like you could care less. Last night we ordered 2 specialty pizzas for $40 and maybe recieved $10 in pizza. I never knew regular or pan crust mean thinner than a piece of paper. The pizza was flat and looked like a Flatbread. The toppings were so scarce we couldn't tell the difference between a Ham & Pineapple and a triple crown. Thankfully there are more pizza places in Sherwood Park because we will never order from here again. The icing on the cake came when our pizza left the store at 620pm with expected delivery of 645. At 640 the tracker just stopped working after showing the driver lost and driving all over. I then call the store and spoke to a female Manager who was rude, short and didn't seem to give a you know what. Do yourself a favor and give your pizza money to...

A friend was going there for me me being disabled and retired my favorite was the bread cheese sticks nothing else extra sauce well they must have had bad dough bad sauce and terrible service with their new girl and i ate 2 peices dipped in sauce the first evening after heating the cheese sticks up 15 seconds seemed all good as before then 1 hr later i tossed it all out and hurt the rest of the night So gave them another shot thinking it was the sauce and 1 hr later i started shaking and trembling and froze up went to bed couldn't get warm and 1 later still shaking and freezing i passed out WOW NEVER AGAIN FROM THAT STORE i at pasta and cheese whiz mix at 6pm ZERO ISSUES so tossed all the rest out sauce and cheese bread sticks WOW AND THE NEW GIRL SHOULD BE MORE POLIGHT PERIOD BAD BATCH OF FOOD HAPPENS NOW AND AGAIN BUT WHO KNOWS NEVER FROM...
