Subway — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

ordered (on doordash) a sandwich for my gf and the sandwich we received had a tsunami of mayonnaise on it making it practically inedible, not to mention there was only one slice of cheese on it?? she pointed it out to me saying there was zero cheese but i managed to rummage through the “mayonnaise-vegetable soup” of toppings to find only a singular piece of cheese? there was so much mayonnaise that it was spilling out of the sides and she even tried to scoop some of it off (waste of effort trying to salvage this poor excuse of a sandwich), we did get a refund only thanks to doordash but i ended up ordering a whole new sandwich from a different subway (which was delicious and in edible condition, which should be the standard) ps: we ordered from this subway often because she has been really liking the sandwiches but this was horrifying honestly especially because when she called they denied the sandwich being made inadequately at all, telling us there was enough cheese on it while ignoring the flood of mayo (we were looking...

Went in for just a pizza sub everything was fine until he was putting the cheese on the sandwich he had put the first one on then drops the other onto the floor. He picks it up and went to go throw it on the sandwich I intervened before he could and told him that I didn’t want the one that was on the floor. He told me it would be extra charge to add extra cheese if I didn’t want that one which I thought was absurd but agreed because I didn’t want to start any conflict with a person who’s making my food. After toasted it he hands it to his other coworker who is rubbing her nose and sniffling(she also has no gloves) I ask her for only cucumbers and she adds a singular slice of cucumber. I asked for more please so she adds another 2. I had just told her that’s fine and that I was also going to get a drink and I won’t need my receipt, as she’s wrapping my sandwich in the paper she squished it down and tossed my bag at me. Staff is very rude and don't know how to deal with customer. There was a girl made veg.sandwich and use the same knife as they use to cut meat sandwiches. They don't care about the customer. When I told her why did she use the same knife she replied it's get sanitized every time automatically. Really?????. I could see there it wasn't sanitized at all. Trying to make people fool. Just two staffs and are trying to manage themselves. The worst service....... Management should take strict action and should change the staff. Serve sandwich even without napkins. Really really bad service. Never visit this...
