Everything about this location is a 10000000% 0/5 stars. The management was rude to my boyfriend and walked away with his hand in my boyfriends face stating he didn't want to talk to him anymore after we were waiting in there drive thru from 11:10pm-12:00am and our order was taken at 11:42pm. The order taker informed us they were short staffed and it would take a while for our order if we were willing to wait, we agreed and proceeded with our order. When we got to the window at 12:00am (mind you there were three employees when the order taker said that he was the only staff member working up front as well as making the burgers) the worker at the window apologized to us and stated they were closed after we were in their drive thru for now what was over 50 minutes. This is when my boyfriend expressed how upset he was since we've been waiting so long, only to have all 3 workers (including the manager) come up to the window to fight with my boyfriend and I. This is a disgusting excuse of customer service as I am a manager who's been working for a fast food company for over 7 years and I would never think that is an acceptable way to act...
Read moreI ordered breakfast for the family through Skip the Dishes. When it arrived, the order was missing a breakfast sandwich. I phoned to alert the restaurant. Karen, the manager, argued with me and said “We made a Breakfast Baconator.” “Yes,” I said, “but I ordered two of them.” Realizing her mistake, Karen told me my only option was to “Come down and pick it up.” I told her “If I was able to pick it up, I wouldn’t have paid a delivery charge to have it delivered.” Karen told me there was nothing she could do. “Do you drive,” I asked—“Does anybody there drive?” “No,” she said. Ultimately, the family breakfast was ruined. I was upset. My wife was upset. My daughter was upset. Everyone was arguing. Nobody wanted to eat. What annoys me is that the manager argued with me about their mistake and then told me to come pick up the missing sandwich (when I have paid to have food delivered). If the positions were switched, I would’ve phoned a taxi and had the sandwich delivered. A simple solution. At any rate, if you order here, three things are guaranteed: ignorance, incompetence, and poor customer...

This location "was" excellent, but there has been either new ownership or new management...the quality of the food and service is horrible. The staff are rude and indifferent to customers, often ignoring customers while they hold "Staff meetings", the food is rarely cooked or prepared well, the fine in area is filthy and littered with food scraps.
In a recent visit I received cold fries with my order, took them back for fresh ones and watched the Employee throw the "cold" fries back in with the warm fries and scoop them back out for me. I refused the mixed fries and asked for fresh ones...the Employee was visibly upset that I insisted on fresh fries and took her time making me a new batch. No apologies from the Employee or Manager...they clearly viewed me as an inconvenience! I realize these are franchise locations, but Wendy's clearly doesn't have any control over their...
