Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Smithers

This is BUY FAR the worst experanece Iv had at a food establishment. This person working the front desk had no clue what he was doing. I walked in to the store wanting pizza for my 4 year old and my wife. as I walked in I asked to use the washroom as my so had to go really bad. so bad he was pacing back and forth. I asked to use the washroom and the man at the front said that I would have to order first. I had no problem with that so I ordered. after I ordered I asked can we use the washroom now. he said to me that we couldn't due to the water been off and can't due to safety reasons that the water will be on in about 15 mins. I got mad and asked for my money back then basically he refused to give me my money back. I took my son back out side to my wife to take him to the washroom at the gas station. I went back into the shop where I said calmly to the man That I wanted to talk to the manager. he handed me the phone where I talked to someone maybe the manager... they offered me a couple bottles of water what a dick. I told he all I want is my money back! the man finally gave me my money back then I left. my words were Thank you!!!! This place should be shut down and boycotted. In what world do we treat...

I went to order two pizzas online but I wanted to customize the order by changing an ingredient. When I called the Smithers store to order the same two pizzas, they said it would cost double the price. $72 for two medium pizzas instead of the $33 on their website. When I asked why it was so much more expensive through them, they laughed and said it was a website deal only.. this is the first time I've encountered a company whose prices didn't match their advertisement/website. I made the order online and called back to ask for the change and they again laughed and said it would be double the price ($72 for two mediums) if we changed an ingredient. When the pizza was delivered, we discovered that one of the pizzas wasn't what we ordered. We called back right away and, again, he just laughed. While I have ordered from other Pizza Hut locations in the past with ease, I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. I was left feeling scammed and extremely frustrated. I would not recommend ordering your pizza through the SMITHERS Pizza Hut location and I will not be doing so...

Great service! I came at closing because I got off work late and they made me a pizza at closing time! Google hours were incorrect, the website and hours posted were until Friday and Saturday midnight, and I showed up at about 00:05, VERY IMPRESSED!! Thanks so much for the above and beyond customer service! They said it was because they don't like to see anyone leave hungry, this service is a rarity, and completely appreciated! Please check their website for correct hours of operation; Sunday to Thursday until 23:00 Friday, Saturday until 00:00
