Tonight we went to our Local subway. They young man behind the counter was by far the best experience we had. However the older female assisting with sandwiches was the rudest, most unprofessional women I have met in a long time. My friend order three sandwiches. She completed his sandwiches and ratherthen changing her gloves wiped them off with paper towel and started handling my sandwich. When I asked if she actually did that she told me it was my fault and I should I have told. I advised her in my years never had someone not change their gloves. She got upset that I made her change the gloves and remake my sandwich she refused to continue my stomach and served other customers.
Those gloves are not ment to be worn for dozens of sandwiches and by not changing gloves they continue to put their clients at risk. It is also making the way more of issue as they continue to mix hot items within the other topping.

Read moreI went in and the sandwich was fine but I have to say the Conduct was extremely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. There was a man and a girl working and unprovoked by the customer in front of me the man said "look at (this employee, a young girl) you know why shes so attractive? Because her mother is too!" I can't speak for how the young lady felt about this but I do know that she was looking down and away and did not verbally or physically respond to this comment. The fact is you should never ever comment on your staff's attractiveness to them or to a customer or around them or at all not because of their parents not because of who they are not for any reason whatsoever. It's sexual harassment plain and simple and it's gross, For guardless of whether this man intended it to be interpreted...

I told her to stop, she nuked the sandwich anyway. I said that it was supposed to be a grilled sub...the grill is right in front of you. She put the sandwich in the grill for thirty seconds...yes, I timed it...and emerged with barely visible grill marks. She smirked at me and asked "satisfied?" I said no. I had already paid for the sandwich but I insisted on an inspection...it was a soggy mess. I insisted on a refund, which I received. The rude staffer said "you have a nice day, sir" as I left. No wonder this place is in...
