The man who did my meal was very rude to me for no reason. I had given my order and told them I had a coupon. Once I pulled up, and handed the coupon over politely, he started to yell at me. He started shouting that customers have been getting mad at him because they are trying to use the coupon, and he refuses to honour it. He said he will not do my coupon for me even though it was a valid coupon and was not expired. He said he refused to accept it and that he would charge me more if I gave it to him to use. I never once said anything about it, besides handing it over and then when he was shouting at me I calmly replied and told him, it was okay I will pay the full price. He held me up for 10 minutes of my lunch break to get mad at me for zero reason. That was the only sentence I had said and then I paid the full price. He told me to keep the coupon and go use it elsewhere because he refused to accept it. My burger was then missing half the toppings I had asked for, but I did not go back because the experience was so bad. I had been calm and polite the entire time. I refuse to go back to Harveys and I would like a refund for the mistaken burger which was missing most of my ingredients and I was refused to use the coupon which is still valid. I would also like to be contacted by a manager about my experience so that I can have my issue resolved. I do not think it is fair for this associate to be so rude to a customers who are calm and simply trying to use a coupon that they have or for him to refuse it with no reason. Just because he is frustrated that day. I will be letting all my friends and family members and coworkers know about this experience and tell them not to go to this location or back to harveys based on the awful service and refusal to honor coupons. I will take my business elsewhere.

Not usually a problem my partner had to finish my order as I walked away in frustration. I did complain online, the only thing addressed was the "dude" who did not know what was on sale. Read moreThe store hours for this location on the Harvey's website are incorrect. Store does NOT open at 10:00am as per their website. It opens at 10:30am on Saturdays. I had to sit at the McDonald's next door for half an hour because of this. I didn't bother checking to see what the correct store hours are for all the other days. I contacted Harvey's, and have not heard anything back, and they haven't bothered to correct the store hours. This morning, 2 weeks later, I get an email asking me for my feedback, as it is important to them. They would "like to know if you were satisfied with our handling of your concern/inquiry."
