Starbucks — Restaurant in South Industrial District

Just had a terrible experience time 5:40 pm Jan-29-25 with the late shift employee (white Caucasian) who is in charge of the coffee station. I was strictly told in a Loud Voice that I was not to touch anything around the Coffee station. All stated from as simple grabbing an extra Honey serving for my Mint Tea I had ordered in which the honey was not supplied at the sugar / mike stand. Once I grabbed my honey she IMMEDIATELY LASHED OUT TO ME WITH A HIGH TONE SO THAT EVERYBODY IN THE COFFEE SHOP CAN HEAR HER WHAT I DID IS WRONG. HER EXACT WORDS WORDS (I NOW HAVE TO SANITIZE EVERYTHING DUE TO YOU GRABBING ONE PACK OF HONEY FOR YOUR TEA....

I have to say I'm a customer no matter and ok my bad but was not expecting her tone of vice towards me, no matter what if I spend $2.00 or $20.00 dollars nobody should be receiving this type of treatment, there's ways and manners how to translate a concern to the customer..

For the most part, is always good, but from time to time the coffee is not that good. I used to like it more because the coffee actually, tasted like coffee and not just like milk. When they decided to hardly put any coffee in the coffee drinks, I started to ask for a cappuccino with 2 shots of coffee (you should be using espresso for this kind of coffee so no need to ask for 2 shots), but in the last few times, I have been there, not only the "cappuccino" tasted more like milk but also it has not foam at all. Ordered an apple crisp macchiato from another location near my house on the way to work. When I took a sip at a red light, what I got was not what I ordered!
